My fiancé and I were driving up from Eugene when we started hearing a HORRIBLE noise coming from our car. We brought it in around 3 pm and by 3:45; they had diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and told us it was such an easy fix there would be no charge. My jaw dropped! They also gave us quotes on a few issues they had noticed and it was the same price as what a shop in Eugene quoted us for just one of the jobs! We will be driving to Albany from now on cuz we just found ourselves a new mechanic shop! Thanks!
