We have gotten our main line snaked out by a couple other companies over the years and every company did ok, We decided to try Roto Rooter this time. We asked for an estimate over the phone and they said they couldn’t give us one. They came out and finished in about an hour. When they gave us they bill we were mortified. It was almost $ 390. We paid but feel as though we were robbed. I would never use this company again. We were expecting a couple hundred dollar bill but $ 390 for a little over an hour. SHAME ON YOU ROTO ROOTER… use another company at all cost. Do not give your hard earned money to these people!
