So I was helped by a very nice woman today, she had said something to me before I left since I was buying pull ups for my daughter about if I got the wrong size then i could bring the receipt back and exchange. I hadn’t thought about it then because I had my mind distracted by my daughter and then when i got home and my daughter went to the bathroom i went to get a pull up and noticed that they looked different and then i realized this isn’t going to fit her bum and realized i bought the wrong size and i was like wow irony.
So i went back and she did the exchange for me, very nice about it, I would go back and get her services again more than happily. However having said that James the manager on duty today Monday April 30 2012 was a really big prick this cashier lady had to call to get his attention like 3 times before getting on the loud speaker and half way through calling him even though he was literally 15 – 20 feet away he was like «im coming» in a snappy voice THEN she hung up the phone intercom thing and he was like uh say thank you and she had to pick it back up and say it I was very shocked he wants her to say thank you for HIM ignoring her then doesn’t say «please say thank you» what a jack ass for real.
And yes James if you read this I was giving you very dirty looks you stared right at me in no job should a manager or superior treat their employees and fellow workers like that. I hope that your supervisor or the owner of the store see’s this and re evaluates you and your position in the store because quite frankly you should be superior to no one with your attitude and level of respect.
It shouldn’t have taken you that long to help and open another register, i’m not sure if you were socializing with the older couple or giving directions regardless you should have told your employee you’d be there soon after speaking to them INSTEAD of ignoring her. You also should have opened another cash register before more than 5 people started lining up it’s very rude service especially when a manager, someone who is suppose to be a prime example of how the store should be ran and what the employees should strive to be like is acting irresponsible and like a jackass.
Overall I sincerely hope that the owner of the store or whoever is over this individual decides to at the very least have a talk with this individual and I hope that lady gets more respect from him.
