Got seated at 1:45 and wasn’t acknowledged by a wait staff until 2:15. Waitress never refilled our drink orders the entire time we were there. The table beside us ended up leaving before their food came because the service was so slow. Food was definitely not worth the wait. When we finally placed our order the food came out about 45 minutes later. And it wasn’t a complicated order. Don’t waste your time. Drive a block south and eat at Blackbeard’s.

I was seriously pissed off the first time I went into this Red Lobster. The only reason why I went in there with to get my grandmother some crab cakes. when I first went in I was completely ignored. No one greeted me or anything. so I left and went to the seafood place across the street. but the seafood place across the street was worse and they had a smoking area that was separate from the non smoking area and I didn’t realize it. So I went back to the Red Lobster. The second time I walked in the hostess greeted me and I told her I wanted an order to go. She told me to have a seat at the bar. Quaze(or however you spell his name…) was great. Not only did he take my order but he got everything I needed and he did it with a smile. Now I didn’t get my grandmothers crab cakes because Red Lobster does not sell crab cakes but I got a trio shrimp dish and I was happy when I left there.

Arrived at 6:30PM on a Friday and there were a number of parties waiting for a table. The host said there would be a 20 minute wait and after about 25 minutes we were seated. Staff was friendly and attentive through out our visit. Our orders were taken in a timely manner and our food arrived within a reasonable time. The Caesar salad was well prepared and the serving size was adequate. Two dishes that were served to our party did not match the entrees description in the menu. Another dish with fried shrimp was served with the batter on some of the shrimp not fully cooked. The served did not serve the wine we had order but, served a more expensive wine. We only realized this error after the check was delivered. This resulted in a bill $ 7 higher than we expected.

Red Lobster is not good enough seafood for the prices they charge, and the service is always just slightly better than average.

Very friendly staff. Multiple people smiled and greeted us. Salad and garlic biscuits great as always. Restaurant very clean, but because we came in at 9:15pm and they were closing at 10 it seemed as if they were more interested in cleaning than checking on us. Booth seats were pulled out and laying on the floor which didn’t help the atmosphere. Drinks were only refilled once, by a passing waitress not ours. Potato soup was average nothing special. Scallops were very small, almost pencil eraser size(no joke), shrimp was tough & pounded flat, baked potato was cold while everything else was hot. Clam strips were excellent. I got the $ 15 special which included soup, salad, entrée & dessert. The ticket was brought out before the dessert was served, I didn’t mention it and left without getting it. I’m definitely going to say part of the problem was us getting there late, but if you advertise open till 10pm, people shouldn’t feel as if its their fault for getting sub-par food or service.

What’s not to like about red lobster? If the service stays consistent I’d give it a 5 star. I’ll get great service 1 time and the next it’s horrible.
