Horrible experience! Waiting for almost 3 hrs! Everyone was rescheduling bc they were under staffed! Ridiculous customer service. Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait.

I’ve had nothing but top-​notch service at this facility. Their new location on Central Avenue is bright, welcoming and comfortable. The providers are caring and thorough and recognize that for many individuals, this is their only contact with a medical provider. They make sure to ask you a multitude of questions about your health and well being above and beyond your reproductive health needs. They fully inform you of what they’re doing and why they’re doing it and don’t treat you like you’re a child.
I’ve been going to PP since before I had health insurance and I continue to go to them even though I could see a «real» OB/​GYN but I return to them for their thoroughness and dedication to reproductive health.
The only reason my review is not 5* is that you will invariably wait over an hour for your appointment, if not more.
