Always enjoy walking in and discovering new pizzas. Employees are awesome and friendly. Love the pizzas and the price! So far my favorite place to go.

After ordering here many times, I will not be going back due to poor customer service on multiple occasions. I always try to give a place second chances but it became clear the owner doesn’t care about returning customers. That’s a kind of business I won’t support. I’ll start by saying that the pizza is pretty good for what you pay. The antipasto salad CAN be delicious, but the amount of meat they put on the salad is embarrassing. I have had a lot of anitpasto and this is as stingy as it gets. In January I had two different coupons. One of them was a welcome to the neighborhood discount coupon. The other was a «WIN a free____» promotion they had running. I won free garlic knots with ANY purchase.(I’m looking at the coupon right now) There are no other stipulations on this coupon ATALL. I called to place the order, ordered a pizza and told them I also had won the free garlic knots. They told me I couldn’t use my «winnings» with the other coupon. Ok, I kind of get that… maybe your winnings coupon should have said the same thing as the other coupon. I was frustrated. I cancelled the pizza and ordered an antipasto salad to go with the free knots. I was then told that I couldn’t do that because it had to be a minimum order of $ 10 to get the free knots. The coupon in no way says that is necessary. I hung up. Scam someone else. Finally a week ago I placed an order again. I had received coupons in the mail so I ordered a pizza, antipasto salad and chicken wings(coupon for $ 1.50 off). I ripped off my coupon and left to go pick up the order. When I got there I realized I left the coupon on my kitchen counter. It was my birthday, I was sick with a cold and I just wanted some damn pizza. They refused to provide the measly $ 1.50 off without the coupon even though I’ve ordered from them many times in the past without any coupons. That was the last straw and I will not be returning. Don’t you want to keep long time customers? You realize you are running a business in a very small city? A little customer service goes a LONG way. Sometimes customers forget their damn coupon. I’ve gone to places like Abby’s, Izzy’s and Ciddicci’s since I was a kid and those places, seeing the order history on the screen, have still accepted coupons even if I forgot to bring them. Why? Because they value their customers. I’ll be going back to them for future pizza cravings.

This is our favorite pizza. Always quick delivery, great prices and very good pizza. Had the Meat Trio pizza for the first time tonight and it was spectacular. Nice, fluffy soft crust and good quality meat toppings.(The bacon actually tasted like real bacon… imagine that!) Pizza delivery staff are always super friendly, too. Tip these guys well… you’ll save so much money on their reasonable prices, you can splurge a little to reward such consistent service…

This is not the first time I have had problems with them but it is the last time. I ordered 2 orders of garlic knots, 1 order going to one place the other order going somewhere else. Not that hard to understand. They put both orders in one container and refused to split them up or even give me an extra container so I could split them up. Yes, they knew 2 orders 2 different places. On top of that there was absolutely no garlic on the garlic knots just butter, oil and parsley. I’m done with their rude who cares customer service.

For the price it’s way better than little Caesars and the service is always good. Even the delivery drivers are always pleasant. Good variety of pizzas and not just the same’ol pizzas.

Great pizza fast! They’re awesome! They recently donated pizza for a community event«Free oil changes for single moms» at A Werks Automotive. Support the businesses that support our community :)

Not worth the money, the pizza is not good at all and the wings were the worst I have ever had. If I could give a zero stars I would. If you want good pizza spend the extra money and go somewhere else. As for wings, wouldn’t even feed them to my worst enemy.

Pretty good pizza joint with better than average signature pies. Our family usually picks up to go orders, but they also have delivery available. Their signature Sweet and Spicy is pretty good: Pepperoni, Pineapple, and Jalapeño. I also like their taco pizza.

Good pizza for the price. The wings, however, were subpar and the blue cheese was disappointing as well(plus the nuclear sauce was hardly hot). Was able to place my order online with ease and the delivery was timely. Will probably order pies here in the future, but definitely not the wings.

This is the second time we’ve gotten pizza from pizza now and both times its been good. The first time my kids and i popped in, i was shocked to see chris there. He used to run the little cesars in s salem and it was a great little c‘s, so i figured chris would bring quality to pizza now. The crust was super good and chewy and even my two year old ate his crust without any dipping sauce. The toppings dispersed evenly and the sauce was awesome, you could taste the seasonings that went into it. Last night we went again. This time we got pepperoni, cheese and a porky pine. Pepperoni was just as good as last time, and while i thought the cheese was pretty good, as far as cheese pizza goes my kids informed me that little cesars is way cheesier. The porky pine was good. More than generous on the pork and the crust was awesome. My only slight complaint was the sauce. It tasted like any generic bbq sauce and was a bit on the skimpy side. We also ordered the bacon bread and holy cow it was good Overall this place is awesome. Chris was nice and efficient the first time and last night the girl working the till was super friendly and patient as my husband and i couldn’t make up our minds. We also only had to wait about 7 minutes for our order to be ready, which was awesome since our toddler was with us. Other than dominos, pizza now is our familys pizza place as long as we’re in Albany

I didn’t realize that Pizza Now had delivery. I had always picked mine up. In doing a Unilocal search for delivery pizza I was happy to fix them in the list. Good pizza at good prices. Thanks!

Update: Ordered a chicken garlic pizza from here and the wings to give Chris another shot. The pizza was very good, but the wings yet again, were not. They came out the same way. The skin was completely rubbery and one bite ripped off all the skin. For $ 5 you can’t beat the pepperoni. The prices do go up with fancier pizzas, however the toppings I feel could be a little more liberally applied for the price. Also, even vegetables cost an extra $ 1.50 to put on. I think that is a little high. I will always come back for the pizza cause it is excellent and Chris really cares about his customers. However, I will continue to get my wings elsewhere.

It’s not a bad pizza joint, but the pizza is a little on the cheap side. I know, it’s only a $ 5 pizza what do you expect?! I think they skimp a little on the cheese and it needs just a little kick more spice. It’s good for a $ 5 pizza, and I like little Caesars but it just needs something. Now can I just say I find it really funny that they are using little Caesars old signage. They were even using their pizza boxes before they got their own sign. I see a guy on the corner waving a little Caesars sign that has duct tape over the name. Way to use someone else’s stuff!
