Philip Alexander’s is a gem. It’s customer service platinum and their work product sterling. Not bad things in the jewelry business. Oh, and being a family business is a very big plus in my book.
I will start by noting that we haven’t purchased any jewelry from PA but we have used them time and again for jewelry repairs, watch service, etc. They do an excellent job.
I’m sure we will be buying something in the future as their selection is handsome.
