It’s Only Natural

It’s a gluten-​free heaven! My mother is gluten/​dairy intolerant, and this place makes me feel like Santa Claus when I come to visit her.
The people are friendly, and very accommodating! If you need something, just ask, they’ll order it in for you if they don’t have it! And they always have a good recommendation for me every time I visit.

Ok, so this is a very small health food store and as usual, prices are kind of high.
However, this store focuses almost entirely on gluten-​free products. There are pastas, breads, frozen products and just about every type of non-​wheat flour or boxed bakery mix you could imagine. I find GF stuff here that I didn’t even know existed. Add to that a small selection of bulk goods, cleaning products and natural cosmetics/​toiletries, and well, I’m sold.
To be honest, I don’t often buy the specialty GF products because they are always pricey everywhere you go. Still, every now and then, I really want a prepackaged GF pizza or some locally-​made sandwich rolls or some Saltine-​like crackers. And It’s Only Natural has those, and far more. And for that, really, I kind of have to love them to a certain degree.
Just don’t come here looking for more perishable products like dairy products, fresh produce, meats or tofu because you won’t find it. But you will find a gluten-​free spinach hand pie made from millet and rice, which makes this woman a happy shopper.
