I ordered two 24 cut pizzas for a birthday party we were having at the Little Gym (which is right across the street) and they FORGOT one of the pizzas! We paid anyway and the delivery man said he’d be right back which ended up being another 30 mins later! Pizza was good but guests were left waiting and who forgets half of an order??? When called to complain they offered $ 10 store credit… I think not! I would be careful ordering pizza from this place for any big parties or events luckily it was just family but it was still pretty embarrassing.

Terrible. The steak was hard to look at, never mind eat! I had to throw most of it away. The quality of food is just really poor!

I have been an Inferno customer for over 10 years, and I have come to know this restaurant as a low customer service, low integrity place, but one that can provide a pretty decent Stromboli if all goes well. Tonight it did not go well, and I doubt if I will ever return to the Inferno. I ordered a pepperoni stromboli, but I received one that contained onions, peppers, ham etc. Tired of dealing with Inferno mistakes and unprofessional behavior, I asked my husband to return the incorrect stromboli, and retrieve the correct one. Because of my past experiences with Inferno, and their angry responses to their mistakes (my receipt said «pepperoni»), I wanted a refund if they didn’t have the pepperoni stromboli waiting; I do not trust this establishment to make food for me after they have become angry with me. Well, long story short, they did not have the pepperoni stromboli waiting, and they said they don’t give refunds. When my husband asked for the name of the owner, the employees said «We don’t know. It’s Nick’s Mom.» Huh? What kind of restaurant doesn’t give out the name of the owner? I know: It’s the kind of restaurant you don’t trust to remake your food when they’ve made a mistake. Never again.

My husband left a review on here and it was put in the «not currently recommended» section. So I’m posting it here, because we were very slighted, and want to help people avoid doing business with this establishment.
«My visit over a week ago resulted in a pizza that had clearly been mishandled in transit. Not the biggest of deals I had to scoop nearly half the cheese off the box and back onto the pizza, my daughter got the undisturbed part and I made due with the rest. I had just figured I’d had them in the past, in fact every time I’m at the in-​laws house for an evening, so this must just have been some new driver with a summer job. I’m not worried I called them up and talked to the manager and he offered to have someone run a replacement out. It was already fairly late and the hour we waited was long enough for a Tuesday, so I opted out and he said the next pizza was on them. I thanked them and told them, „things happen. I’m honestly not worried about it, just bummed out.“
So its been a week and some change, I’m in the pizza kind of mood so I figure I’ll call them up and redeem my pizza. The same girl from last time says I have a 5 dollar credit. The attitude, the brushing aside of my overall calm demeanor from this time and the previous, it got to me. After asking further its confirmed that I indeed have but 5 dollars of my next order covered (confirmed rudely at that) I can feel the „are you fucking kidding me?“ coming. I’m not an angry customer, I’m the chilled out guy who felt a little bummed about the condition of my pizza that appeared to have been laid on its side at some point. To take that and throw it back at me in such a rude fashion hurt. I was upset. I will never be getting another pizza from them.»
If I could give no stars, you’d be the first place to get them.

My girlfriend and I went back here recently on a Friday night after not going for a few months. The food was warm and tasty. The service was great. In conclusion, stick to this place on the weekends, and you’ll be good to go.

I am only giving 2 stars because we got delivery it was delivered before the time they stated and the girl that I called and complain about my food was genuinely sorry. But I will never order from them again the pizza was under cooked with so little cheese that we didn’t think they had any left in the restaurant. The subs are awful. I got a steak and cheese which taste worst then a steak-​um sandwich. the bread was sesame and there are not other choices. Didn’t know till I got it either. My son who eats anything got the Buffalo chicken sub he said the chicken was dry and tasted funny and the bread was a gross mix with sesame and buffalo. I am so confused by the reviews and the word of mouth about this place. I would never tell anyone to eat here. I guess I’m spoiled being from Mass and Rhode Island area with the Italian restaurants their.

We had the Veal parmigiano, inferno sub, and a couple glasses of red cianti. I’d recommend the veal, and the inferno sub was fantastic. Not a fan of the red or white wines, ended up making a couple of wine coolers.

We ordered a pizza, some fettuccine alfredo, and an Inferno sub. The pizza was pretty bland, not bad but not that good, either. The alfredo sauce was pretty salty (I liked it better than my wife did). But the Inferno sub was great! I’d recommend visiting the place for the sandwich. It’s also huge, really it’s two subs as they used the whole loaf of bread, split in two.

I am rating this 5 Stars for the category they are in, this is not a 5-​star restaurant but for a pizza joint with a extensive menu you can’t get much better in the Albany area. Clean, great service and the food is as good as you can could get with the prices they charge. Portions are more than generous and prices are great, try the chicken Sorrento! I also need to say it’s clean, clean tables, clean bathrooms, nice place to sit back have a cheap dinner and not worry about dirty silverware and disgusting bathroom, if you know what I mean.

One of my favorite pizza joints!!! Never disappointed, Rebecca is a very friendly and attentive, great server!
