The employees making my food were dirty and using their aprons as a tissue. I left line and opted for another restaurant. I also noticed they were extremely overpriced.

The wraps are still tasty including my favorite Philly Cheesesteak Wrap. However, the prices have gone up slightly in 2013. Chicken Strips $ 4.99, wraps $ 5.19-$ 5.39, and salads $ 6.59-$ 8.09. Combo upgrades are $ 2.89 for regular drink & fries or chips and $ 3.59 for regular drink & cheese fries.

stay with subway in the crossgates mall, this place was great when they open and now has gone down hill, food is okay and i think it might not be fresh except on saturday and sunday.

I mean, this place is okay. Their chicken always seems a little dry to me. I’ve only had their Chicken Caesar wrap and the their Thai Chicken Wrap. Mediocre, nothing to go crazy about. Their curly fries come out plain so make sure you season them. Your choice between a spinach, tomato, or flour tortilla wrap. They grill press your wrap.
