Terrible service. Ride employees. Employees yelling at customers. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Cashier and tall Africa American woman were the worst.

Love chipotles. Came to eat here and there was a line out the door but the staff managed it quickly and we got our food fast considering. Love the shredded beef(Barbacoa) and pork(carnitas). Amazing. I’m a big fan of the salads. I get all three salsas on the salad and skip dressing. It’s a little pricey which is why it lost a star also wish they had queso. I’ll be coming back here again and again and again.

Pretty standard chipotle but this one has tiny portions. As the woman was serving my salad bowl which I had only filled with beans and meat & lettuce, a coworker yelled over her shoulder to watch portion sizes? Seriously? I’m barely getting anything in it to begin with. Just makes them look super cheap and didn’t give a good feeling. Probably won’t go back.

Order online and bypass the line!!! It makes it so easy and convenient. Very smart of Chipotle to offer this service. I frequent more often because of this option.

I will start with the negative for this specific location. It is always packed, so be prepared to wait a good 20 minutes or more in line. Aside from that, this is a great option for when you’re craving something filling, but don’t want to spend a whole lot. The ingredients taste fresh, the portions are generous, and the employees are always friendly.

It’s a hit or miss here. I’ve had some subpar service and some great experiences. I recently moved into my new apartment and with no pots and pans, and the lack of kitchen accessories, had forced me into ordering out. I will still continue to go here, hoping for a more positive outcome! Other then that, you guys rock my guac!

My love affair with Chipotle might be fizzling a little bit, but… I just can’t quit them. I really do love them. Their ingredients are fresh, and I order online at least once a month. Nothing gives me more satisfaction on a busy Friday evening than walking to the counter, getting my food, and strutting out past the line that’s usually out the door. However, I’ve been having some issues recently. I often order for every member of my family of five. The last handful of times I’ve gotten Chipotle, I’ve arrived home and unpacked everything, only to find that a bag of chips has gone missing, or a side of guac didn’t make it into the bag. I once had an entire burrito go missing in action. To be fair, on that particular occasion, when I called to let them know, they were very apologetic, and they sent me a gift card in the mail). Their chips also tend to be hit-or-miss. They’re usually crispy and great(even though they’re SUPER-salty), but sometimes we get multiple bags of VERY stale chips. Not really sure how that happens so often. I’d say once out of every four or five times. Even so, it’s still difficult for me to give these guys fewer than four stars. They’ve ruined me for any other«fast» Mexican food. Moe’s doesn’t quite compare, I haven’t been to a Taco Bell since they opened. That ALONE has probably added a year to my life.

The dinning area was absolutely freezing. Many customers asked the staff to please do something about it. No one did a thing. Not very kind staff. Will Not be returning.

Love this Chipotle restaurant. It is quite crowed during lunch and dinner time. But I always enjoy my burrito bowl with chicken. The workers are mostly friendly. keep it up

Chipotle was packed, luckily I didn’t plan on eating in. I got a Burrito Bowl with brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, spicy salsa and cheese to go. It was pretty good. I saw a few male employees walking around with sagged pants and their underwear showing… Please be more professional.

So Ive lived in several states and eaten at multiple chipotle’s. This one is by and far the stingiest one I have ever been to. They hook you up with a half spoon of everything. If you want a decent portion you WILL have to ask. This gif sums it up perfectly: Should also be noted that its right next to a state university. If you show up at the wrong time the store looks like one of those jars packed with jelly beans that you can win if you guess how many are in there. Pass on this one unless its empty and you are willing to be persistent with asking for a decent portion.

The art of burrito rolling has not yet been grokked by most of the staff at this location. The food, however, is generally per expectation– tasty and a good value.

Got the sofritas(tofu) it is so overcooked felt like rubber in my mouth. Lettuce also didn’t look too fresh. I love chipotle but this one isn’t up to par !

Given what it is(short order, takeout-oriented Mexican), it’s the best available in Albany, especially since Bros Tacos closed. I’m surely not nearly enough of a yuppie to fit their demographic, but I greatly prefer it to Moes. The burritos are large, tasty, and consistent. Unlike Moes, I’ve never had to complain about portion control(way too much or way too little) and the meat tends to be excellent and never chewy, even the steak(which is like rubber at many places). I don’t really give much of a damn whether it’s organic or free range or cruelty free or whatever, but it sure tastes good! I like how fresh everything is, especially the guacamole, which is critically friggin important. Old or poorly made guac is horrid, wretched garbage. Chipotle’s has always been simple, nice and green, and awesome. Pay extra for the bag of lime-salt tortilla chips and a side of the guac. I hear complaints about Chipotle burritos but I’ve never gotten a truly screwed up one. The price for what you get is also awesome, way less than a lot of «organic» type places elsewhere. Your mileage may vary.

My wife was going to pick up dinner this evening and asked what I’d like. I chose a steak burrito with pinto beans and guacamole ONTHESIDE. I don’t know how the staff could screw that up but they did. On the side means in a separate container. NOTINSIDEMYBURRITO. Also please note the vegetables which I DIDNOTWANT. The job isn’t that complicated people.

I have been to Chipotle once about 6 years ago and hated it. Thought Moe’s was way better, and I’ve been very faithful to Moe’s ever since. However, up until recently, I decided that Moe’s was no longer for me(mainly because the Moe’s that I went to had«Good Compliance» as opposed to «excellent compliance»(Albany’s Department of Health labeling system} Needless to say, I was thoroughly grossed out and gave up Moe’s. So back to Chipotle I went, and I have to admit, I really enjoyed it. I got a Steak Burrito and it was very good! Definitely more flavor than Moe’s. My only thing is that with Moe’s you get way more for your money(Chips and salsa)! I think Chipotle is a little expensive for what you get. But for the Excellent health compliance, I’ll pay the extra few bucks.

Very busy on a Thursday at Noon. The line stretched past the door and well into the seating area! But the wait wasn’t too bad, the line moved quickly. My favorite is the burrito bowl w/chicken. Why would anyone want all the extra calories of a wrap? When eating my way through the bowl, it’s like a scavenger hunt looking for the crispy, almost burnt pieces of chicken hidden among all the other yummy stuff. Man I love those crispy bits. I also love to douse my burrito bowl with lots of hot sauce. The chipotle flavor Tabasco adds a nice smokey heat to the dish. In spite of it being super busy, there were seats available for us to eat in, and this Chipotle is small. Obviously most people were getting their food to go. Couple of minor complaints. They were out of napkins. They did eventually restock them though. Also, many of the tables were dirty. They need to pay closer attention to that during the lunch rush.
