I love place! For the first time in my life, I’m lifting weights. .. something I’ve always wanted to do, but didn’t know where to start. The class sizes are small, and I get plenty of personalized attention so that I can get help with a new skill or learn how to properly execute a new lift. I’ve never really enjoyed going to the gym. I’m a(slow) trail runner who never understood why people work out inside. But this place makes me look forward to working out. I’ve done things I never thought were possible for me(double unders!, pull-ups! deadlifting 255 pounds!), and I adore the coaches and my fellow CrossFitters. They’ve succeeded in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, where you can physically test and push yourself in a way that fosters growth and celebration ~ rather than injury or frustration.
