Burger King

Drove by this Burger King went to drive through to pick my food. I ordered two drinks. And I had a coffee cup from starbucks I asked her would u throw that in trash please. She said. She’s not allowed to throw anything in trash. What!!! The fuck I never heard this shit before. I went to other burger kings too and I have seen people doing. That for customers like where the fuck you want me to put my two drinks if I don’t get rid of the coffee cup. So I had to park and go to trash can to toss it she had attitude. Rude as fuck. Never go there guys. This place needs to shut down. Not beacuse of the service beacuse of dick head employees !

This Burger King is the worst in the Albany area. The place is always dirty and the rest room are nasty all the time. I watched one crew member sneeze in his hand with no gloves on and still made food. When I did get my food my fries were cold. When I told them about it they seemed to not care. I stood there for about 10 minutes just to get hot fries. This place has gone down hill bad. I will not go there ever again.

I drove up to the drive thru and instead of being greeted was told very matter-​of-​factly by some classless trashy broken non-​customer service tone that I would have to wait a few minutes… no ‘Welcome to Burger King’… no ‘Sorry it’s going to take us a minute”…just a cold and unwelcoming declaration of facts! I proceeded to wait and when 5 minutes went by I put my car in park. The employee again said shouted through the mic «It’s gon’ be a few minutes!» in a somewhat exasperated and yet defensive tone… and I said «Ok».
After waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru I finally decided the «Fast Food» was no longer fast and I should leave. As I was driving away the employee opened the window with a puzzled look on her face and I said «Nevermind, forget it».
This is when my the REAL craziness went down!!!
At the same time I was saying this to the window employee another employee who was delivering food to what appeared to be friends in the parking lot started to shout at my vehicle!!!
I stopped… turned my car around and rolled down the window to see exactly what pray tell a BK employee would possibly be shouting at a recently disgruntled customer?
She was yelling for me to get the «F*&& out and leave if I wanna do»… I have never been confronted by such a lack of understanding for the situation that a person is in nor such a level of trashy, classless, rude and childish behavior.
I contacted the Manager when I got home and was told I could get a free meal for my trouble… no thanks I’ll never go to another BK again!
