Night shift drive thru clerk needs to hit the un employment line. She clearly doesn’t give a crap about customer service or her job so i say provide with a short cut to the door and fire her asap. Ive gone thru this drive thru a few times in the past 3 – 4 months and its always her. She speaks so fast on the intercom i cant understand and feel rushed often getting less than i want. Once at the window no greeting what so ever and she pretty much just starts handing you stuff faster than you can take. I feel like shes about ready to just toss everything thru the window so she can get back to plying with her smart phone. Tonight will be the last time i go here untill she no longer works there. The franchise owner should visit his drive thru at this location some night to see for his/her self.

After an extensive remodel, this restaurant has improved immensely. It is cleaner, more open, seating is now varied with both booths and regular tables along with a center bar style area. Colors are also updated and there is a TV that plays CNN, I would have rather had the local feed, but it is better than nothing. Staff also seems to be more helpful than previous. Overall much improved

Good grief I’m glad I didn’t have to eat here. I only stopped in to use the restroom and the place was disgustingly filthy. The trash bins in the restaurant were overflowing. The woman’s room was littered with paper towels, water all over the counters and only one stall with toilet paper but that was about to run out as well.

I did not go inside. I had some coupons to try Bk new soft serve and smoothie. I was really put off by the bad attitude from the two Indian guys who took my order at the drive through windows. They were not courteous at all and made me uncomfortable with their menacing stares. I think Bk is a franchise and I hope they have a corporate phone number where I can make a formal complaint. I never go to Bk if it were not for the coupons and hot weather I would not have gone through there today. I went around the drive thru twice. The first time I got an ice cream and the second time I got a smoothie and both times I was given a sinister response. I will be giving the rest of the coupons I haven’t used away! Ah ha someone who I just gave the rest of the coupons away to agreed with me on this location. He said that he had told himself that he would never return either and would be using the coupons he accepted from me at the north east Bk in troy.
