Buffalo Wild Wings

Well… Don’t usually like to write bad reviews so I’m going to try to be as positive as I can. Ordered 15 wings with 3 sauces. 1^st… or if 15 wings only 3 were flats… I would have ordered all flats if I had known they were going to save them for other customers. Not fair at all… I didn’t like that especially when you’re serving those hugh dinosaur jurassic park wings. You know the ones. The lemon pepper just had a sprinkle of seasoning. Just on the top otherwise bland. I mentioned it to the server and I had to pick my wings up and place them in the paper bowl. and she took them somewhere and they came back over sprinkled. That will teach me! Not impressed. Oh I liked the # of Tv’s.

This place seems to have some hype to it but I think the staff makes you just say blah. We walked in and had to wait a long time for a table. It was strange because it seem like no one was really here. Anywho we were finally seated and given menus.
We both had a couple of drinks and my girlfriend sampled some beer. What I did like is the fact that they have so many different wing flavors. Hard to choose but you do have the option of mixing the order. The cheese curds were tasty and different. Never seen that before. I would probably visit this place again when I’m in Albany.

It’s alright. Food tends to be a bit too salty though and just a notch above acceptable. Service isn’t always the best. It’s a great spot to watch sports but besides that I really don’t have much of a reason to return.

Love this place!!! Food is awesome here plus they have a ton of tvs everywhere to watch your favorite team play.

I’ve been to this location once before a couple years back and we happened to be spending the night and wanted to stop by and grab some wings and beers and play some ntn trivia. Breaks my heart to not give a great review.
Wasn’t near as busy as the last time which I was happy about but I guess I should have known there might be a reason.
We walked in and stood at the host desk for about 3 minutes before we were approached and asked where we wanted to sit. We asked to be on the bar side and were escorted over and sat. Table was sticky.
Had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. I ordered what was on the «seasonal menu» as the drink the Hendrick Sling. The server came back about 3 minutes later to tell me they didn’t have everything to make it. No apology. I opened the drink menu again and ordered the «black cherry mojito». She left and came back 3 more minutes later and told me that wasn’t available either. Again no apology and now I was annoyed. Ordered the country club cooler and she came back a few minutes later and said it was available.
Now all this time my friend ordered a yuengling and it’s now been about 15 min and his drink hasn’t come. Finally she brings both our drinks and takes our order. We ordered a large wing order of ghost pepper (my friend was feeling brave), teriyaki and sweet bbq. Asked to be extra crispy. And an order of fries.
Not too many locals playing trivia but a lot playing poker. Took the opportunity to try that out and was pretty fun.
My drink was heavy on sour and light on alcohol. His beer wasn’t very cold either.
About 15 min go by and another server brings the wings and fries. No trays for empty wings, not a single napkin on the table either or silverware. Normally the trays and napkins are brought prior. We had to wait 10 min for her to finally come back by to ask for these before we could eat, and my friend had an empty beer for at least 7 – 10 min. Before she checked on us.
Finally we were eating and the wings were luke warm at this point. Ghost pepper wings were very spicy as promised. The teriyaki just tasted like ginger but the bbq was delicious. Just cold.
Unfortunately this trend continued we stayed for some trivia and would have empty beer for 5 – 10 min every time. Very very disappointing service. Probably the worst in recent experience.
Once done eating they had wet naps on the table my friends was completely dry. Second was wet though.
Left a 20% tip as I’m just unable to tip bad but this was my worst bw3 experience in probably 20 bw3 stores I’ve been in. Would not go back. I suggest those who came into town to seek out other locations.

The service here is very poor. Drinks are way over priced. But the food is average and they can put any game you want to watch on any TV. Easily the best place to go to in Albany to watch a game if your teams is not on a local channel. Has outdoor seating area but it’s very small. Good atmosphere for football during the fall season.

Couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. Went here around 11pm on a sat night. Sat on the patio. Waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came to my table. I complained to one of the girls who worked there and she apologized and said she would get my server. I waited another ten minutes and still no one came. So I got up and left. I complained to the manager in my way out and he didn’t really seem like he cared very much. I may go back at some point but one more bad experience and they will be on my blacklist.

Service was extremely poor! Can you tell me how you run out of glasses on a Friday night and then tell your customer it happens all the time? Really? This must be a B.Y.O.G (bring your own glass) type bar.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. And when you think about the fact that we’re talking about BWW, that’s really saying something. We came on a Sunday morning, and it was not crowded. Took them about 40 mins to bring out three hamburgers and a snack size boneless wings. I just don’t get it.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a bunch of televisions with a variety of sports on them, and the wings, burgers, drinks etc are awesome! I love hanging out after work with my work buddies.

Wings are overrated. On the last occasion they were dried out and not appetizing at all. Order something else lol#wingsroverated however the knockout punch is a good cocktail choice ;)

Beer, wings, big screens but will only play Michael Jackson and an assortment of music over the speaker system!!! That’s even after a request to put the game sound on. Oh and there is an MMA fight on too. Get real! Don’t advertise as a sports bar and reject playing the actual sports sound!!!

Food is ok. It can be pretty loud in there especially if there is a good game on. Fruity alcohol drinks are good especially the strawberry and mango margarita. Yum!

Great place to watch football & drink beer!!! They have a huge beer selection… I’m a margarita lover, and their selections were limited! Plus the consistency of the wings often depends on who is cooking. The 1^st time the wings were great, but the last time they were simply ok!!!
This is a great place to hangout and watch the games and drink a few beers!!!

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my first time last night. It was pretty good. The atmosphere is TVs, TVs, & more TVs so loyal fans won’t miss a minute of a game. But, our server was nice. Our order was correct, he got us refills, & checked on us often. For a Friday at 5 o’clock, it wasn’t busy. I got 8 boneless hot wings and a coke zero. My total came out to $ 11.11. That seems pricey to me, but to each is own. The wings were quite tasty, especially in ranch dipping sauce!
Not a bad place to go to watch a game or eat before/​after a movie considering the movie theater is right across the street.

Food was average, sevice was pretty good. Well-​priced and goot atmosphere. Number 1 place to grab a beer and watch a game. Outdoor seating is a real nice option.

So happy to get to see my team play, how could I not be a fan! This may be biasing my review some though because the service wasn’t stellar, but the food was good. Will try it again soon for a better review.
