I will never buy anything from this store again, I would think that paying 1800.00 for couches they would last longer than a month they would not exchange or repair them at all they only thing they will do is put new cushion cores in which by the way I have to pay to have them shipped from Portland to Albany. The people there care about getting your money and than that is it I have to call them they never email or call me first. I would advise anyone needing furniture to go anywhere else but here!!!

Woman was extremely helpful in directing me toward a decent priced mattress with box spring. Same day delivery with two guys being pleasant even when we were a few minutes late and they had to move around all of my boxes and junk.
Wish they would have offered free delivery, I just feel like that is a common courtesy now a days.
