We hired this company over 15 years ago to install a new furnace and air conditioning system. They did not do the work to our satisfcation and we asked them to come back to finish the job. They demanded more money than they originally quoted and left in a huff when we said no. We recently needed to have the furnace examined because it was making a whistling sound when it kicked on. It turns out the furnace and A/​C were installed incorrectly. The report I received states the following: «Furnace filter cabinet located under the furnace is impacted by the PVC drain pipe on the left side which was routed by the A/​C installers such that the lower filter cannot be readily removed via the access slot. I suggest that the PVC pipe be offset such that the filters can be removed for cleaning.
The overflow plug on the A/​C coil was blanked off with the temporary plug that shipped with the unit, so air leaks there now. That overflow outlet is supposed to be utilized/​piped out or an overflow safety switch inserted to deal with a clog at the A/​C coil’s drain. Additionally, the PVC drain does not have a „trap“ as per manufacturer, codes and common sense. The trap has water in it and prevents conditioned air from blowing right out and through. Essentially there has been a ¾» hole in your system since the work was done (15+ years ago).
Obviously this is not a company you should do business with.
