Torn between two or three stars. I went with three because they do a great job however they are HELLA expensive! WATCHOUT when getting a pedicure. Every thing cost an extra $ 5-$ 10 dollars. They don’t make it very clear. While I was getting my pedicure the woman put the salt on my legs started rubbing my legs and then asked me if I wanted it I said no so she stopped rubbing my legs and wiped it off LOL rude!

Henry & his wife Tiffany have been doing my nails for 15+ years. They always do a wonderful job not to mention that they are terrific people. The salon is lovely.

This is not what I had anticipated. Firstly, let me start with the downsides. The worst part are the workers. There are two ones that are very sweet and nice, but the rest of them act rude and obnoxious. They take a great amount of time, which I think

I came here for the first time to treat an 8 year old to a mani/pedi. We walked in and having never been here before I was a little confused. I stood by the podium at the front door hoping to be helped but I don’t believe anyone could even see me. So I popped in around the corner and they were quite busy! After a few moments of what seemed like reluctance, they agreed to do the 8 year olds nails. It was fairly quick and they did a nice job, however halfway through I overheard a woman saying they don’t accept debit/credit cards. Fortunately, I had enough cash on me but I wish that a sign would have been posted so I could have been better prepared. I did not get my nails done myself, so I cannot comment on that but just seeing the ambiance and the attitudes of the workers leaves me with no desire to return. They weren’t exactly warm or friendly to me or my child. Overall, I would suggest trying somewhere else.

Worst nail shop ever I have a bad ankle and they don’t even care about making it comfortable for my foot they’re just having the bend it and not even asking if it’s comfortable and nail polish chipped with in two days and I went back and they wouldn’t fix it also I got a gel manicure to last in the same day it was chipping such terrible quality the Gel was so thin I will never go back to this place their customer service sucks and when I said I will that hurts when I cut my nails back to fart and made them bleed all he said to doing was talking in the foreign-language so I can understand it and laughing like it was funny and it’s ridiculous plus their quality is terrible and I will never recommend them or go back then totally a disappointment and for the money not worth it Take my advice and don’t go to this place and we show money for crappy services that are so not worth it don’t go and pay lots of money for crappy service is when you should go to another place and get better quality for cheaper don’t go to this place ever.

Not impressed with this place. They are much friendlier than they used to be so I am glad that has improved. A few things to watch out for: Shellac — they soaked my old polish for wayyyyy to long in acetone. So long that the skin on my fingertips is majorly damaged and dry. Pedi — they do not clean out the pedicure tubs between clients. I was there 1.5 hrs and saw them cycle through a few pedicures. Prices are high for what you get One of the manicurists filed her own nails with my old file. Gross, if they are not worried about their own hygiene do you think they are worried about yours? Do not take credit card

I used to go to this place but I stopped going! I don’t understand how rude they can be! They and all Vietnamese nail salons should be told to give common courtesy to non-Vietnamese speaking customers! I also asked the man at the counter to issue me a receipt and he got upset! He must be a partner or owner. He said no one in nail salon business issue receipts to customers! What is wrong with giving a customer a receipt for services rendered? The state should regulate these businesses that get away without issuing receipts! Rudeness is all over this place! Run away!

My daughter and I dropped in for manicures and pedicures today and it was a great experience. We were greeted promptly, and service started for us within 15 minutes of one another. Both our manicurists were thorough and provided great massage along with perfect polish application. Lots of OPI polish colors. Majestic is also convenient, with lots of parking. They take local checks or cash.

I hate giving bad reviews but I can’t believe how rude the lady was when I went in. I simply asked if they had time to do a pedicure and manicure at same time and she didn’t even look up and answered no very rudely. I tried to give this place another chance since I stopped going because they constantly try and up sell you. The owner needs to take notice and be grateful and nice towards people who try and give them business!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, but the people there were rude and they were really expensive. They made us pay extra to remove nail polish, and put on all these lotions and then made u pay extra! Overall I did not have a good experience with the ladies there

Hands down the worst shellac manicure I have ever had(if you can even call it that)!! For $ 35(that’s right for a shellac manicure it’s that much!!!) I got very uneven nails and a half ass paint job. I walked out with equal amount of skin and nail being polished. Also, I walked in a 3:00 and was out the door at 330;no time was put into my nails at all. Everywhere else I have been for a shellac manicure has been $ 20 – 25 tops and those come with a massage. For $ 35 I didn’t even get a massage and I was one of 3 customers in there so there was time for one. Save your money and go elsewhere, I wish I did.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any salon. I went in for white and pink fill, powder fill. The gal that was going to do my nails felt that I didn’t need a white fill, I explained to her that whether she felt I needed it or not I wanted a pink and white fill and I would pay for it. It had been four weeks since my last fill. There was a lot of whispering going on between her and another gal. I don’t understand their language so I had no idea what they were saying… She began by using her drill to sand down the old and then proceeded to fill the pink. She covered my entire nail with pink acrylic powder. She then shorten the length and proceeded to paint white fingernail polish on the tips of my nails. I told her to stop!!! that was not what I wanted. She went and got the other woman and the two of them tried to convince me that the crappy nail job and service that I had just received was all I needed. I tried very hard to maintain my composure and get out of there as quickly as I could. It was so not worth the $ 25 check that I had to write them, because they don’t take debit or credit cards. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t deserve the one star I gave them. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE!!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Went here for a shellac manicure. They sat me quickly which was good but that’s it. The lady filed half my nails crooked and when I asked to fix them, she filed them the wrong way making them even more crooked. Clipped a cuticle that is still hurting and not even 24 hours later — the top coat chipped. Never going back. Go to Alamo Nails across the street. Not as «fancy» but they do a way better job!

A few years ago, it was ok but now the quality of their service have gone down. My experience today: Acetone was being sprayed excessively where as usually acetone should only be on the cotton only and not spilled all over my hands. I really didn’t like that. I would not recommend this place.

Simply love majestic nail and spa! Always friendly and wanting to make you happy! Very clean and always do a amazing job! I just got a pedicure and honestly, best pedicure of my life. I also can’t forget about the owners! They always make me feel amazing. I don’t trust anyone with my nails, but the owners and employees at majestic make me feel welcome. And they do a amazing job! I will never go anywhere else to get me nails done! :)

Excellent mani/pedi!!! Clean salon — did the $ 55 spa package. Wonderful. The manicurist pushed for the gel-had no interest but other than that, very happy. FYI — It is a *cash-only* salon

I have been getting my nails done here for 6 months, I really like Dip it Gel nails, Tiffany does a excellent job, very strong and thin with Dip it product, and I am rough on my nails.

I had made an appointment with the owner a week before. She was rude and extremely unfriendly. I had phoned a few days latter asking to change the time of the appointment. Another person answered the phone and passed me along to Tiffany(the owner). I repeated myself and asked to change the appointment time. The owner said no and hung up. Staff and owners need a brush up on customer service! No wonder they are not busy like other nail saloons. Will not return…

I love coming here to get my Shellac Manicures! Tiffany and Henry are the best. I never really make appointments because my schedule can get pretty random but whenever I walk-in, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for them to get started on me, even if they’re busy. I should start making and keeping appointments because Tiffany is on point and I always want her to do my nails. I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets booked-up quickly. Thanks for everything Tiff! See you soon!
