Regas and his wife Tess, did a fantastic job with our Engagement and Wedding photos! We could not be happier! They both listened to our wants, wishes, concerns, and likes/​dislikes. They were very easy to work with, and executed tons of patience; especially when it came to gathering family members on the wedding day :-) They are both great people too.

Regas was our wedding photographer and I liked him so much that I recommended him for a friend’s wedding last spring and now my brother’s wedding next summer! It is extremely important that you like your wedding photographer because they will be with you all day. Regas is easy going, friendly, and a lot of fun to work with. Also, Regas has excellent attention to detail and touches up many of the photos just because he is so passionate about his work (most photographers charge big bucks for this as an added service).
Afterward, we had pages of photos, and the album seemed like a daunting task. However, Regas gave us a first draft which was a great starting point. Plus he had a lot of neat artistic ideas for photo arrangements. Then he was extremely patient with us as we tweaked pretty much every page of the album. Plus, he has a lot of options for album copies that you can give to special family members.

Regas, and his assistant Bea, were our wedding photographers last month. I don’t know what kind of magic they work, but we looked SO much better in these pictures than we do in real life. The angles, the colors, the processing — totally phenomenal.
We also did our engagement photos with Regas. We live in Chicago and had our wedding in Portola Valley, CA. He was in Chicago to visit family and did our engagement session then. There was something so incredibly special about having where we live and our lives in Chicago captured, as well as our lives with our families in the Bay Area.
Having been in several weddings, and having seen many, many more wedding pictures, I can say (with some obvious bias) that ours are some of the prettiest. He sets up a great picture, finds the best light, and processes everything beautifully, both in black and white and in color.
Regas is really fun to work with and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone getting married.

Regas Chefas photographed our wedding back in September. Our pictures came out fantastic, and we recently got our album. We couldn’t be happier.
I found his prices to be competitive with other photographers, and when you factor in the included album, he may in fact be cheaper than most. The album he includes is high quality and should last a long time.
Regas met with us at his house to discuss all of the details. He also shot a great engagement session which was helpful and gave us some really fun pictures. He was always on time, and did a very thorough job with everything. Highly recommended.
