Tom did a great job handling my auto accident case and getting me a good settlement. I had a lot of pain, but still wasn’t sure my injuries were severe enough to justify hiring an attorney. I was impressed when Tom explained my options and was willing to either represent me or give me some free advice if I decided to represent myself.

Although I suffered a great deal of back pain, I didn’t sustain enough injuries to warrant surgery or any other rather expensive medical procedure. Luckily, I was referred to Tom by a San Francisco firm. I called Tom’ s office and spoke with Sheila. I felt comfortable enough to set up a consolation appointment. I made the drive from San Francisco to Alameda and couldn’t be happier with the overall vibe and sense of direction that I got from Tom and his staff.
The overall process was very simple. I handed over whatever paperwork I had, signed a few releases, and let him do the rest. Both Tom and Sheila were great at contacting me with updates. Whenever I had a question, I would call them and get an immediate answer. When you hire legal representation, I feel that communication is one of the key elements of a successful experience. I can’t stress enough how good the communication was.
When it came time to finally settle with the insurance company, I was pleasantly surprised with the settlement amount. I will say this; there is no amount of money I would willingly take to re-​live the accident, however, I can now walk away feeling at ease with the situation.
