As a therapy veteran (on and off for 36 years) with a horrible childhood, anxiety problems, relationship problems, etc. I can say that Barbara is the best!
She gives you the tools to help you cope with whatever problems you have, and the tools and support to take corrective action where needed.
I can’t recommend her highly enough.
