Dr. Steven Forest is the best!
Both my husband and I have been seeing him for several years and thanks to Dr. Forest we have gotten rid of several health issues such as TMJ, frequent headaches, shoulder and lower back pain as well as clogged sinuses.
Dr. Forest works with the BLAIR Upper Cervical Method, which means he adjusts one or more of our top four vertebrae in the neck. In the beginning we had to go as frequent as once a week, but now, that we are holding our adjustments, we only go for maintenance or if a vertebra goes out of alignment.
It might not seem logical that adjusting the neck vertebrae could fix anything other than the neck, but it does! And since Dr. Forest is really the best, my hubby and I drive a good 50 miles per way to see him! We’ve tried others and never got the same results.

I have been going to Dr. Forest for several months. I went in to get help for a long term low back problem. I found the service to be great. I rarely had to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes. The results were consistently good. I also always got all questions answered.
