Cookies Rule Everything Around Me is a great acronym! This CREAM location is in the new Alameda shopping center near the Posey Tube area. A lot of hype when this opened up. It didn’t match the hype in my opinion. Long lines, good ice cream and cookies no doubt, but not spectacular where it makes me go out of my way to stop on through for another visit. Perhaps it’s the mom & pop supporter in me, but The Cookie Bar on Webster Street gives you the same quality ice-cream with a more family-friendly environment. I’ll stop by CREAM again, but only if I’m in a group who goes there. It’s not a must-stop.

Cream… it’s not all its hyped to be, just your typical ice cream shop where you can create your choice of a cookie or waffle ice cream sandwich. Went in after a basketball tournament around 6 and was told no more fresh waffle cones. You don’t close until 10 but you have no more waffle cones? Then I saw a staff member walk by with a box of waffle cone mix? So I’m confused? No cones but the mix is available… seems like the young staff didn’t want to do their job. So I settled for peanut butter cookies with vanilla ice cream swirled with raspberry jam and chocolate chunks. It was good but nothing spectacular. It’s just ice cream folks, lol.

This is one of the closest locations for me and I am a big fan. However this is my second time during my visit that I found HAIRINMYICECREAM. Talk about an appetizing sight. The very first time I forgave them because I understand it happens since they replaced it. But the second time?! The guys who work there NEVER even apologized both times. They seem hella cool and all, but have some decent customer service. I did not even enjoy it too because I was just over it and disgusted. One star because I did not come home happy and satisfied with customer service and a happy stomach.

Who could pass up cookies and ice cream. I am super picky and appreciated the staff letting me try almost ever flavor. I ended up did one oatmeal and one snickerdoodle with vanilla and brown sugar ice cream(dang it I tried so many I don’t remember)… sooo good. I rated them 4 Stars because the staff were friendly and even when my friend dropped her ice cream sandwich they replaced it no questions asked. Definitely will be back.

Came here for the first time earlier this week and wasn’t really impressed. Although there are a variety of ice cream selections to choose from, there isn’t much that really sticks out about this place and what I ordered I could have made at home for half the cost. I am giving CREAM3 stars because I did enjoy my cookies and ice cream. My recommendation however would be to save your money.

So nice to be greeted when you walk in the door! Customer service is lacking nowadays, but not at Cream! Oh, and the ice cream is pretty good too. I just ran in to grab some pints so didn’t try the cookies. Next time. Got the French Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Salted Caramel. All deliciously creamy, hence the name. Not as good as Tucker’s but we live in Crown Harbor on this side of the island so it’s convenient for us. We will definitely be going there again!

Just walked by this store, 2:19, 5⁄22. Offensive music playing, piped outside from inside the store. Certainly not going to stop here and have to listen to this music.

This is the closest cream location to me and I’m so happy it opened, many places try the whole cookie ice cream sandwich thing. And many fail. Good ice cream selection, opened late and usually doesn’t have a wait. The cookies are fresh and there’s always parking so everything is good here ! No complaints.

The ice cream and cookies themselves were good, but the customer service could’ve been better. I work in customer service and know how I would like my customers to leave the store feeling, and I felt like the person serving me did not want to be there. Service reps should be enthusiastic about serving their customers and should make the customers feel welcomed. Instead, I felt like I was just a bother. I am not a fan of writing reviews with less than 5 stars but it’s very important for customers to leave feeling happy about the service they received and also the product they received(which wasn’t a problem here).

I really loved it here at CREAM. Even though their line was out the door(how exciting for their business) I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be completed and handed to me. It’s a very clean and nice location. Great prices, great sugary treats, great family and fun environment, and great workers. Alameda Landing is a fun place to go and I’m glad they added this place to their shopping center. I can’t wait to try something else next time I’m in Alameda! I am thinking a milkshake.

This place has such a hype, and I get why. They definitely have a lot of options and ways to eat ice cream! However, wasn’t super impressed. Highlights: — they give you a lot of ice cream in your sandwich — lots of options for ice cream and cookie flavor –average pricing Cons: — cookie is super thin and obviously made in a factory. looks and feels plastic. lacks any«freshly baked» qualities. — it ends up being a lot, quantity wise. Could not finish it! — nothing outstanding about the ice cream. Yes they offer like 20 flavors, but the actual quality of it was not notable. So that was a let-down. Not a huge ice cream person, so probably wouldn’t go back. Especially because this is just a chain, and doesn’t have any unique qualities that would draw me to go back and try to enjoy the place or product. Plus, I think I would enjoy the ice cream sandwiches from the store just as much, if not more!

This Cream is located in the Alameda Landing shopping center. Cream is known for their ice cream sandwiches. But you can get your ice cream in a cup, taco, sundae, float, malt and shake or take a pint home. I was here for a sandwich tonight. So you can choose from 10 types of cookies and 22 ice cream flavors. With my snickerdoodle and oatmeal raisin cookies chosen, I was ready to choose my ice cream. I opted for rum raisin, a new flavor, but they didn’t have it. I was thinking about banana walnut, but notice that the container was pretty much empty, so I opted for strawberry. We were able to get one of the two bar stool tables in the back to enjoy our tasty Cream. Just disappointed my first two ice cream choices were not there for me.

Came to this Cream location after a day in the city so that my friends and I could redeem our Regal ticket stubs for a free mini cream sandwich. They only have mini chocolate chip for your cookie option(or lack of one, but makes sense for efficiency and not wasting cookies) but you can still choose whichever ice cream flavor you want. I went with the green tea ice cream just to know for future visits. My friend had a snicker doodle ice cream and my other friend had already ordered and was handing over her ticket. The mini cream sandwich was bigger than we thought it would be and was a nice ending to a wonderful day of fun. Even though we got there 5 or so minutes before closing, the employees were very pleasant and didn’t rush us at all. They seemed happy to be there and joked a little with us. The tables, chairs, and floor were all clean and after we ordered, both employees wiped down the ice cream glass so it would be clear for future patrons to look in without smudges. When you have employees who seem to enjoy their job, are pleasant to customers, are efficient and offer delicious dessert, there’s no way I could give it anything less than 5 stars.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake ice cream with snickledoodle cookie with rainbow sprinkles and graham crackers. I loved the strawberry cheesecake ice cream but definitely not a fan of the cookie part.

Great place to go for an ice cream cookie fix. The staff are patient, friendly, super nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. Thanks for giving me a perfect experience earlier today. I had the rum raisin buried in between white chocolate macadamia and double chocolate cookies. Was a sweet tooth solution, that’s for sure. Not recommended for health nuts. But for those who love ice cream, it’s pretty much a mecca. Can’t wait to come here again.

Just like the other CREAM locations. Fresh cookies, brownies and ice cream. A line out of the door at 3PM on a Saturday. The line took a little awhile. I waited 15 minutes to order. Once I ordered 1 cookie sandwich and a scoop it was quickly made. I tried the rum raisin ice cream, it’s my new fav. The banana walnut fudge was good. Hubs liked his cookie sandwich. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program to earn free sandwiches. Place was a little dirty. Patrons weren’t cleaning up their garbage on the tables and it was in need of a sweeping. Towards the end of our visit an employee started cleaning up. Employees were friendly. There aren’t enough stools. We were at a table that had no chairs. There weren’t a lot of patrons sitting so I don’t know where the stools went. Maybe they can put a few tables outside too.

I can now understand what all the hype is over Cream. Since, miraculously, there was a short line here last night, I stopped by after dinner for my first experience with the ice cream sandwich sensation. I was really impressed with how many cookies and ice cream flavors you can choose from, which creates a lot of possibilities and makes sure future visits will always offer something new. I also like that there are seasonal flavors, like blueberry, which was on the menu last night. Plus, who can argue with the price? $ 2.99 for a huge scoop of ice cream between freshly-baked cookies, and .75 for additional toppings you may want(though I passed on those). Service was fast, the workers were friendly, and the sandwich was delicious. I went with very berry strawberry between two Snickerdoodle cookies. My only complaint is that the ice cream will push itself out from the cookies and into the sleeve they put the sandwich into, which leaves you with a sleeve filled with most of your ice cream if you’re not careful. This is partly because they don’t squish the cookies down flat, but at an angle. Readjust them for better, and maximum, cookie eating prowess. I can’t wait to come back for my next Cream sandwich.

Gotta love Cream! One of their many locations in the Bay Area and I am glad there is one location in Alameda. I should have gone here when they first opened for free sandwiches but I was busy. Staff seemed new. The guy who helped us gave two good size scoops for my mom’s; good for us! He just seemed lost… haha Other staff were ok. For a Friday late afternoon, it was not busy at all! Much bigger entrance for long lines. They were WELL stocked on lots of cookies and I should have bought more cookies to go but I had to decline! There goes my weight then! ;-p I love their double fudge and oatmeal cookies! Oh so good! Many new flavors that I didn’t see at the other locations. I did see the new flavor of Soy Vanilla which is great for people that can’t take dairy! Thanks Cream! Its my mom first time here and she loved it! I was worried she couldn’t have some with us! Will be back if I am in the area!

WEALLSCREAMFORCREAM !!! I was rolling in my Whip Black Beauty. I decided I would roll to Cream for their long awaited Grand Opening. When I got there I was greeted by a Super Long Line, Good thing I had a fresh Charge on my Ankle Bracelet and Cell Phone . The People in line were Festive and Upbeat . Cream Personnel were Checking on folks in the line, They were handing out Water and Cookie Samples . Cream Personnel were Great Hosts. They were Upbeat and Friendly. They had a DJ — The Dragon Rick Lee going from 12PM till 1AM. Blasting House, Hip Hop and Rap. Rick was a pretty Cool guy to Chat with. The Cream Staff told me people started lining up at 10 am for the 12PM opening LOL. Some of the Cream Staff had started at 5am that morning and were still there at 1am talk about dedication . I was Officially the last Client at 1AM –2 Peanut Butter Cookies with a Rocky Road Center with an M&M Topping. and it was Yummy . Cream is a great addition to Alameda. Ill definitely will be back,
