Terrible service! I went to get my IPad screen changed because of a groupon, well my IPad worked perfect except for a cracked screen. They replaced the screen and now the IPad has a dead spot in it, the screen they put it keeps popping out and just was not concerned. I called their corporate office and was told I would get a call back, no call still! My IPad is not working correctly now and would have just kept a cracked screen. Groupon refunded my money but still have a messed up IPad. Do not go there, they do not know what they are doing. The corporate also seems to be not concerned about the franchises.

This is the place to go when you need a screen replaced! Prices are reasonable, service was great and FAST! Picked it up 45 minutes later, ready to go! Antonio assisted use with the process from start to finish. Very professional! Drop it off, go shopping and before you know it, your phone is back in your hand like it wasn’t even gone! I will refer everyone and anyone with a cracked screen to go to Cellairis! Thanks for a quick painless experience!
