Domino’s Pizza

So… We ordered a pizza at 9PM, at 9:10 we called and made sure they had our correct address (which they did) and at 10:40 we (pizzaless) called to inquire and were told they called us and no one answered, actually the number was disconnected, wait no, they didn’t get an answer. Asking the number, they recited an incorrect number. Telling the female voice that the number was incorrect she stated she can remake the pizza, what’s our number? Giving the correct number she said, oh, well we can bring another pizza. We declined (because why would we want it now?) And now we are hungry and mad. Thanks Dominoes. Great customer service. How do you charge my card with the pizza icon but you can’t find my house that you have delivered to a dozen times? Bye.

Yard sale. What a disorganized mess. Don’t let me dissuade you from ordering but the odds of them getting your order correct are 20% by my eyewitness account. Be a dice roller and go for it.
The good? What was made — was made correctly (toppings, crust, etc.)
The bad? The four people in front of me all had something missing or wrong with their order. It wasn’t a missing topping or half this and half that thing, it was entire items. They were missing a pizza, or breadsticks, or brownies, etc. There were two different customers next me waiting for missing items to come out of the oven while their pizza sat in the box turning into warm cardboard.
And the ugly? The mistakes had the kitchen in such disarray they couldn’t cover the register and the phone. Seven customers deep and a little television monitor showing all the orders were done or almost done. Poor confused store employee’s all with the look of «WTF happened to this order“on their face. It’s on the ticket but it’s not here with the order. Oh crap, please don’t let the phone ring, oh no — another customer just walked in, etc.
Reprieve? I was lucky. My order was all there and prepared correctly except for the breadsticks. Those darned accessories! They had made them but did not put them with my order. Quick fix though.
There are two tables inside. Both had been eaten at and were dirty. Probably the last item on the managers checklist since they couldn’t get a correct order over the sales counter.
Bathroom was great. Clean and sparkly. Well done.
Parking spots are narrow here. If you drive a larger vehicle it is a tight fit.

Fast, and my orders are always correct !

We got to a campground late and were sort of dreading cooking at that point. The office told us Dominos delivers here. So we had one delivered. The Pizza was excellent and priced very fairly. This really made our day.

These ladies and gentlemen are always cheerful and welcoming when you walk in their store. Never had any problems with our orders. We’ve used carry out and delivery. They are a very busy store and work hard. Just wanted to leave them a good review to give them their props. :)
