Alabaster Panera. 3 pick 2 meals was $ 39.00 ! Wifes salad had little to no dressing on it. Have they had a price increase? McCallisters is much better option.

I love Panera, but skip this place. Not that the employees weren’t perfectly nice, but it’s a «test menu» restaurant. So the menu is 1⁄8th the size of a normal Panera, and everything you expect to find is either not server, or some horrible «revision» of what you want.

Too few employees. Food is your typical panera, though they do seem to have unique menus not at other locations, maybe it’s a test store. Constantly short on staff, wait is long even with no customers. My order is always incorrect when I order to-​go. I know I should just check every time, but for a fast food meal close to 15 dollars, it should be perfect. Won’t eat at this location ever

I love it here. This is my favorite place to come to. The food is delicious. Everyone is so friendly and the service is fast. I usually come here after my morning workout so I hate carrying my wallet and purse so it is awesome how they accept Apple Pay and they can just look up your MyPanera card with your cell number.

I placed an online order. It was ready for pick up when promised and everything was still hot and fresh. I gave it 5 stars because they have finally brought back my favorite soup — the Bistro French Onion. Everything was full of flavor. Working in a bakery myself, I’m always a little hard to please when it comes to bread. Their baguettes were fresh tasting, warm, with a nice, crisp crust but soft on the inside. I will definitely be back!

Sausage and egg ciabatta, yuk I wish I had gone to the Arches — a thousand times better. Pablo’ turkey sandwich was OK. I dont think I have ever ad anything I like from Panera„ just no my taste.

It’s hard to write a review for a chain.
*In general* panera is very good and offers really yummy soups, salads, and sandwiches and occasionally a healthy option. But for some reason this panera leaves me feeling very «meh» each time.
The pastries I’ve brought home are just okay. The service is just okay. The ambiance seems a little grungier than most. They’re always out of the stuff I happen to want (my own fault I suppose as panera offers a TON of irregular rotating items). But the weirdest thing is the coke machine — only ONE diet soda offering, and it’s caffeine-​free. This is useless. I want caffeine!
3 stars, it is. Overall a decent quick bite and good bagel option but this location is just mediocre.

Very efficient operation here. I order online and pick up meals 10 minutes or so later. Their online menus are fantastic and easily customizable as well .
The frontera chicken panini is the best sandwich ever ! The chai tea is fantastic as well. The directions on Unilocal are incorrect though, turn right at the light instead of left. It’s past the Olive Garden on the corner of the building.

We usually go to a Panera restaurant in B’ham area after church on Sundays. We just moved into the vicinity of this Panera. It is the dirtiest we’ve been to. We come back only because it’s close to home. The carpet is worn down and almost completely black from the foot traffic, the floor in the kitchen is always filthy, we’ve never seen anyone cleaning the floors during slow periods. Even the broom behind the counter is dirty from sweeping the black floor and carpet tiles. We tolerate it, though, because we like the food. The behind-​the-​counter area is disorganized; insight perhaps into the overall operation. Manager: please replace the carpet tiles and pay attention to detail!

I stop at this location often before or after work meetings I have in Birmingham. This location is fast, clean and offers friendly service. A little pricey for lunch… around $ 10 for the salad I like, but there are cheaper items on the menu. My favorite is the Thai Chicken Salad… it’s packed full of soy beans and chicken! Gets super crowded right at noon… so get there earlier or later if at all possible!
