After being treated in two ER’s, following a serious fall, I was advised to followup with Orthopaedic Surgeon at OSA in Alabaster. I was refused an appointment because I was private pay, even though I assured them I had the money. I HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE THEY RELOCATED AND ALWAYS PAID SAME DAY AND OWED NO BALANCE. I was told that even though I had the $ 350. Up front, that was just to see the Dr. the Dr. Would have to agree to see me, before I could be given an appt. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A FRACTURE AND BULGING DISC! OH WELL!!! Hypocrites with hypocratic oath.
