In general the food they have is 5 stars for the price. I love their soup.
But the service and process is terrible. They take catering/​delivery orders online. I used to work in the restaurant business. Its super easy to tell when they’re working an online order. Then someone has to leave and deliver it? It also slows down considerably when someone orders a sandwich or salad.
The employees are actually very friendly and do a good job for the environment. However, I can tell they’re under a lot of stress. They need to have three people at least during peak periods.

I was a bit hesitant going in… soup is kinda one of my fav foods and sadly is usually isn’t done well. I was pleasantly surprised.
My husband and I both had the lobster bisque and it was great. Very creamy and well balanced with alot of large lobster chunks. The bread with it was ok — not what I like in a sour dough. My husband also had a half sandwich and said it was yummy and he wouldn’t have changed anything about it.
This locations staff was very nice and explained the menu well. They encourage sampling, which was greatly appreciated. It was very clean and well kept.

I don’t want to give any less than 4 stars because the food, service and atmosphere were fine, but I’m not sure I’ll really make it a regular spot. On the day, only the chicken pot pie soup seemed interesting. I liked it well enough, but I didn’t love it. I didn’t realize the crust was crumbs, I was envisioning a pastry top. I got the combo. My other half was the Pesto 3 Cheese sandwich. I really liked the sandwich. Warm and flavorful. Just not sure they have enough things I want to come back for in an area with so many choices.

My wife and daughter really like Zoup so they brought me along for a light dinner. I ordered the lobster bisque.
Price — seems a bit high but not outrageous
Service — slow and poorly trained or managed
Food — adequate but nothing memorable
Cleanliness — passable
I may be forced back here based on my lunch or dinner companions but won’t be my recommendation.

I’ve had zoup multiple times, and have many favorites. I love that you can taste all of the soups they’re offering that day. Sicilian Pizza, wild mushroom barley, and lobster bisque (which they have everyday) are my favorites. The rolls are good. The sandwiches are great too. Only downfall is that it’s a bit costly for soup and a sandwich.

I am obsessed with soup no matter what time of the year it is. Zoup has so many flavors to choose from my number one pick is the chicken pot pie. The turkey melt sandwich is amazing as well. Friendly service as well. I love that you can taste the soup before you buy it.

This was my 1st visit to Zoup and it will probably be my last. I went in looking for Chili, but they only had a white chili. I sampled a few of the other soups available on that day and I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. The mushroom bisque was too spicy for me, the «popular» chicken n dumpling didn’t impress, I ended up with a cup of the 7 bean but that’s only because I didn’t feel like making another stop to get something else. The sandwich selection was Ok. I will go to Panera next time, I love their Broc/​Cheddar soup! So for those soup lovers that like a variety to choose from, this is the place for you. I just hope you have better luck with your selections than I did.

First time visit to Zoup! Clean appearance. Accommodating staff. Limited seating. Door opening directly to outside keeps it too cool inside. I had vegetable soup, which was good but a little spicy. Also had a turkey/​cheese/​tomato half sandwich. Served on a sub bun and toasted — would be better on regular bread and non toasted. But the bread tasted very fresh. Side of sourdough was obviously fresh and warm. Price was very reasonable. I’ll come back and try it again.

$ 5.65 for a cup of soup that’s very salty is too much. The French bread roll that came with it was good. Very nice staff as they offer samples and told me about the restaurant since it was my first time visiting. Not sure that I’ll be back.

I was in the mood for soup, but I got Zoup instead. Was I ever glad I did! I had the Northern Indian Lintel. Man was it good! Just the right amount of curry and spice.
I had a half greek salad too. It was ok. The soup was the main fare an well worth the trip!

I really liked all the soups I have had; my only negative is there really aren’t a variety of soups, a lot of the same all the time. When they opened they said there were over a hundred varieties of soups. I had sign up to get the daily menu and I don’t get it anymore

The lobster bisque gave me food poisoning and I was sick all night.
update — Management followed up with me about the review and offered to give me a gift card in order to invite me back. I can’t knock a place with excellent customer service so maybe I will go back and give it another go some time.
