Everything is home made as if they are making it for their family. My daughter doesn’t like grape leaves but loved them here. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating. I started drafting this review when they were still in operation. Unfortunately, they have closed. They do have a small grocery store nearby that I will be going for those grape leaves.

Same feedback as most others have already said. I love the idea of this place — independent, foreign, family-run, but the atmosphere/décor was bland, and the food wasn’t great. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant which made for a bit of an awkward experience in itself, but also my pita bread was cold(maybe that’s how they like it, I do not know) and the food wasn’t necessarily bland, but it was kind of boring and not anything I’d go back for.

I was reluctant to visit based on the prior review. But, decided to try it since I’m new to town and it’s so close to my home. And, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was dead when we walked in and that was a bit odd, but the proprietor was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant was very clean(although poorly decorated, but it’s on par for a Mediterranean restaurant) and the food DELICIOUS. I didn’t find anything bland and we tried out about 6 different dishes. The falafel was yummy(and I’m not a falafel fan) and the chicken shwerma was exceptional.

Nothing special. Pita bread was cold, hummus was bland and took way to long to arrive as an appetizer. The waitress must have been new and was rather uninformative. The entrees were good and prices reasonable, but not worth a special trip.
