Twisted Headz Smokeshop

If you can go to any other head shop I highly recommend you take your business there instead this shop is inexcusable. I have posted my review to their Facebook many times only to have it removed. I frequently bought products from this shop until around Christmas time I went in and bought a new glass concentrate piece, upon arriving home I heated up the titanium to use the piece and the glass cracked and shattered before I even used it. Obviously being concerned and having left not even 20 minutes before this happened I called the store to inform them what happened and the counter girl was very nice and said she would call her supervisor. I received a call back not from the supervisor but from the counter girl telling me she is sorry but her manager said she’s not going to do anything about it and basically insinuated I was incompetent and heated it too close to the glass. I’m knowledgeable on the subject of concentrate pieces, the one I purchased afterwards at Puff N Stuff and a separate one I bought as a gift from Midnight Oasis work great. I know very well how to operate the pipe, this is just a case of a greedy business trying to sweep their poor customer service under the rug. Luckily I was informed they can’t remove my Unilocal review so I brought my story here in hopes to help bring attention to the matter. I hope I can also share the screenshots of the photos of the review posts they deleted, they should not get away with treating customers so poorly.

Everyone should boycott this business. They sell cheaply made glass and when it breaks they blame the customer and offer no compensation.

Bought my first hookah from here. It was a small pink vase, they helped me me pick it out and gave me instructions on how to use it and care for it. The staff is super friendly. A big variety of… Stuff lol.

Hands down the nicest Smokeshop I’ve ever been in. They had an amazing selection and great prices. Definitely worth the trip!
