Let me tell you a little something about these dirt rats… They take complete advantage of Seniors. My poor 92 year old family member thought he could trust them to install a basic ADT system. What they did was completely rip him off. They install 4 smoke detectors in a 800 foot house 4 feet apart from each other. They also install a shock detector… I have no clue what that is or does… let alone a 92 year old. oh and to add insult to injury they didn’t even show him how to use his system. talk about dirt bags… oh but they had no problem taking the 2 checks he wrote on install day totally $ 5,000. Of course I have called and tried to fix this problem and get the money back… i was even told they would be out today and refund the money and take out the equipment. Guess what they never showed. They wont answer your calls, I have called Seirra in there loyalty department 10x she wont call back. there customer service people are so rude and un caring. So, now I have gone to the media to help.,. these people are the scum of the earth. who takes advantage of an old man… You should be ashamed of yourself.
