Helped us buy our first house. I don’t normally write reviews unless it is because of exceptional service or exceptionally bad. We knew the first time we met him he was our guy and he proved it throughout the whole process. I’ll be calling him in the future.

Had an appointment to see a home at 1:30 pm. At 12:33 pm, he called to tell me he had not yet received confirmation with the listing agent to show the home. At 1:33 pm, he called to tell me he talked with the listing agent and there were showings sheduled so we could not go until 3:00 pm. I told him I was going home. I don’t appreciate having my time disrespected, especially when it was a 60-​mile round trip to get there. And to top things off, I drove by the house, and there was no showing, no cars, no realtor.
