McDonald’s

Normally I wouldn’t waste my time reviewing fast food places but this one is so bad I’m willing to do it. I’m visiting from out of town so I’ve been here several mornings for coffee and breakfast. Let’s see, the adjectives I’d use to describe them: lazy, rude, slower than slow (I stood at counter for a good 3 – 4 min while they made no eye contact and stood around. One girl was making coffee shuffling around and literally moving in slow motion while I stood 2 ft away. One worker looked at me and shrugged! Finally, the shuffler finished the arduous task of preparing the coffee and mumbled asking what I wanted. Now there was ONE exception, Yvonne. She was sweet, prompt and pleasant. Word of advice to the owner, fire your current manager and promote Yvonne.

I know it just a McDonalds, but I still expect polite employees. Just went through the drive-​thru, ordered a medium coffee. Was told to pay at the first window. Stopped waited, and nobody there. Decided to pull up. The young «lady» working noticed me looking in the window. And said LOUDLY to the shifts manager standing beside her «u don’t know why she be staring». Actually I wasn’t I was looking t the photo of Lebron James they had taped to the window. Never returning.
