I ordered on line to eliminate the LONGLINES and that experience and yet when I got to the run down Chapel Hill Mall store, I walked around for a while trying to find a employee to ask where to go to pick up my order. After finding a person whom was not with customers a nice woman in perfume section walked me over to show me the EMPTY customer pick up counter. A man with a red coat that was nice, told me she is at the other register and I have to go there. I went there and there was 5PEOPLEDEEP in 1 line. NO other registers open and in fact a lady in front of me got out of line walked all over looking for another check out and had to come back and go to the end of the line because she had no choice. I heard a person behind me mumble«F-THIS» and put their clothes down and left the store. When I FINALLY got to the counter the lady there was PLEASANT and said sorry for the wait so the problem at this store is NOT the workers it is the MANAGEMENTTEAM for NOT having MORE registers open to serve customers to get in and out in a timely manor. After all of that, I did NOT get the CARD that was included that I even wrote. There was a 4 piece coffee mug set that was to be included and they said that was NOT in the order because they are SHIPPING that? WOW… what a horrible experience all around. There was a shotting not long ago at this mall and did not feel safe there and when I came out a man in the parking lot jogged over to me to ask if I had change for a $ 20 ! I told him this driver carries NOCASH ! UNREAL… It was 3:30 in the AFTERNOON .THISGHETTOMALLNEEDSTOBEBULLDOZED and trees planted there.

Clean and neat through out. Looks like they’ve remodeled. Decent size with a fair amount of selection. What upsets me most is that you have to go hunting for a cashier. Tons of customer service desks, but no one manning them. Such a shame. Children’s wear is located on the 2nd floor. Only 2 fitting rooms in that department. That can be bad for back to school shopping. Other than cost, it’s ok.
