I visited Akron, OH for a funeral and My very expensive sunglasses and accessories were stolen from the hotel room. When I reported it to the staff, they said they would call me when someone turned it in, but nothing has happened at all to help the situation. Very unsatisfactory with the service. Avoid this location as much as possible.

Fantastic place. Very clean. Our room was huge. Everything was better than expected at a very reasonable rate. Wish all our hotels stays were as nice.
