Haven’t been in the shop yet but just got off the phone with a man named Kenny. He offered me some really helpful insight about my transmission oil situation. He also encouraged me to do additional research on my own about whether or not I really needed my transmission oil changed. I am saving about $ 150 thanks to his advice. Auto and Tire Service will be the first shop I call next time I need automotive care.

These folks used to have a sister operation on Brittain Rd that unfortunately just recently closed. When we called them to change a scheduled appointment, they told us the sad news, but supposedly the employees all were moved to this location.
We’ve taken four different vehicles here and their other store and have had good experiences all around. They don’t over-​sell anything, don’t try to sell unnecessary services, indeed don’t really try to sell necessary services, just apprise you of the situation and say what you should do when you decide to address that need. Their website has coupons which they honor and which are quite worthwhile, and others can be found if one looks. Prices are fair employees are respectful and knowledgeable and they get stuff done on time.
