Allied Dermatology and Skin Surgery – 3085

I have been many clinics in Los Angeles and San Francisco, had successful treatments. When I moved to Akron, I saw many ads about this place, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Libecco. It was tough getting appointment as a new patient, there is some sort of waiting period. Of course, unless if its emergency then they’ll get to see you, otherwise you’re out of luck. I am disappointed with my current treatment progress here. I was treated under Dr. Libecco, I know they recently merged with multiple doctor and moved to a new location. I have been treated for mild acne and keratosis pilaris for almost 1 year and no significant progress yet. I understand that acne is a complex disease and varies from patient to patient. He promised me that there will be significant progress by this summer, looking forward to that. Dr. Libecco’s bedside manner is very professional and outstanding in comparison to his team members. In terms of staff, majority of staff I had pleasant experience with and very attentive, but the front desk in charge of booking and payment are lacking attentive and focus to the patient in front of them. The appointment scheduler was very inattentive, rude, and busy with something else and I felt that I was just a dog walking by, handed me a piece of paper /​treat, and tell me see you later. No eye contact what so ever, for that horrendous end of visit experience on top of the lack of progress of treatment, I am giving this place a ²⁄₅. I will keep updating this review based on my subsequent visits.
