Huge private parking in front of a large modern medical complex. Located on White Pond Drive, just off the freeway, this office is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Each person for a specific job and they do their job great. They are wonderful with kids!

Dr. was 45 – 50 minutes late to see me, double and triple booked patients, then spent maybe 5 minutes with the me. Had to deal with his rude, rude, rude, RUDE «assistant» Jenny. My insurance needs a pre-​authorization from him, she refused to send one because «you don’t meet their requirements», but that’s for the insurance company to decide, NOT the dr! Then if I’m denied by them I can appeal! None of that can happen w/​o that pre-​authorization form though! Came out and told me that I was too overweight for this to happen and that if I had a better insurance company she’d be willing to work with me.
Read some reviews on some other sites, turns out I’m probably lucky it didn’t go through ’cause apparently he’s done some fairly bad work on others!
