I was in Tallmadge helping a relative move, needed pizza, tried this place and I am very glad that I did. All of the pizza I had was good (bought about 4) but the Chicago style pizza was the star. It is not easy to find legit Chicago style pizza outside of the city but these guys do a very respectable job. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had, but for the speed and price, there is simply nothing to complain about. Honestly this might be the best Chicago style I’ve had in Ohio, nothing fancy, just well done. Much loved from all of the people to dug into it. Really friendly guy who sold it to me as well. Garlic bread was very solid as well. Easy recommendation for take out.

The Chicago style pizza is amazing. I had to commit the cardinal pizza sin and start with a fork. It’s a lot of pizza; I’ll have leftovers for days.
I’ll definitely order again.
UPDATE: the pizza passes the 0th (zeroth, it’s that important) criterion of good pizza, which is «is it good cold the next morning for breakfast?».

I am not a professional food critic, but I love great tasting food, especially pizza. I’ve eaten pizza from around 10 pizza establishments in the Akron and Kent area and in Cleveland. Every city I travel to I always try to go to their best pizza place. I’ve eaten Chicago deep dish pizza at Giordano’s in Chicago and Tampa and Gino’s East in Chicago. I ordered a Chicago style pie with mozzarella cheese, red sauce, pepperoni, bacon, and hand pinched sausage. I would say this pizza is better than most pizzas in the Akron/​Kent area. Each ingredient worked together to create a good tasting pizza. I’d get another Chicago pie from here.

Authentic deep dish. We had Chicago deep dish earlier this summer, and this was very similar. They model after Giodonos, so they have a top sauce crust. I like the actual crust better too, the Gino’s we had was cornmeal and it falls apart and gets soggy easily, making leftovers difficult. The deep dish takes about 20 min per cook, FYI. Clean and cool staff.
