Typical locals Tavern. Friendly to the new people and quick service from the bartender. Pool tables and a kick butt music system. Fried food burgers etc.

i saw a nice selection of your standard steak/​salad/​appetizer menu. i ordered ham n eggs (includes toast n potato) from the breakfast menu — served all thru the day.
the taste was standard and reminded me why i didn’t bother cooking this myself at home… lazy, bum.

i’d come again if i get lazy.^^ there was nothing extraordinary about the place, but that’s better then being a dump.

Well, I got what I was expecting. Beer in cans, lotsa husky dudes in camouflage caps and coats with facial hair, military people, new country & old REO Speedwagon on the juke, and video poker. I can’t rip it, it’s exactly what I expected and sorta what I wanted out of a town like this. It’s the sorta joint you may get your ass kicked over a pool game, which is fine since everybody minds their business.
The surprise came in the form of a local brew on tap called Ben’s. Their amber slays. It’s seriously kickass, and is 3.00 a pint. Hells yes. Oh and they have free wifi. Who’d have thought?
Downsides: they have karaōke, and it is weirdly bright in there.
