Terrible customer service combined with untrained management results in a very poorly operated business. problems have existed at the store for more than six months. The staff lacks the basic understanding of the equipment and how it works. Very unfortunate! I would have given the store zero stars if it had been an option.

The place itself is nice, but i cant say the same about the costumer service. I tried 3 times to cancel my membership and instead of helping me do so, the lady that works there just kept persuading me not to and kept persuading me to buy their products. She tried at all cost to keep taking money from me. Also, i was not well advised this lady. During the time that i did had my membership she kept persuading me to use lower level beds than the ones my membership offered, and i only got told by other lady that works there that i could stay up to 15min in the beds months after i got my membership, which made me not utilize it as I should.

Customer service was Terrible. I have tried for months to cancel my membership and have been talked out of it. That’s shame on me. When I canceled I was given the same run around as to why I shouldn’t cancel. When I said no I am canceling they got short with me. Another employee at the time walked up and started bad talking a customer for not buying lotion. Then when the cancelation process was complete the employee said peace out. I will not do business with pushy sales people like in Palm Beach Tan.(I am sure not all their employees are pushy but everyone I dealt with was)
