I’ve been to many Applebees, but I was very unimpressed with this one other than the kindness of my server. I came in for a late dinner, but to be greeted by a hostess that was uninviting and rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and it seemed like we were a burden for her. After 10 minutes of waiting to be seated, my friend and I sat ourselves in the bar, Our server was super nice, he bought my drink for being a service member. Other than that the service was slow. For a salad and chicken tenders, the meal took way to long. In my opinion, the restaurant needs to revamp.

Horrible! Husband ordered brisket enchiladas. The menu showed 3, he received 2. Not that it matters, because within 3 bites he made a disgusted face and spit out the meat. My husband is NOT picky and I’ve never seen him send back a meal in 12 years. He said the meat tasted like chemicals. Upon a quick Google search, it seems this company has complaints nationwide about a chemical taste in their food. Received no compensation. I really don’t think management cared. My pasta was barely warm, tasted like a microwave TV dinner, and later upset my stomach. Will never return to any location.

I haven’t been to this Applebee’s in a while, now I know why. We were seated in the corner where we were constantly being interrupted by a very loud ringing phone. It also seemed like the windows were open because there was frigid air flow all around that corner. The service started out well with our server promptly greeting the table and taking our orders. However, we waited fifteen minutes for our appetizer(which we received with no serving plates). After finishing our appetizer, we waited another twenty minutes for our meals to come out. We both had the pene. They looked and tasted awful. I’m pretty sure they sat under a lamp for a LONG time. The top layer of noodles was gooey and hard at the same time. There was little to no sauce so the pasta was dry. There was no flavor to the meal EXCEPT from the diced tomatoes. Our meal was also supposed to come with bread. When our plates were dropped off, the server said she would be right back with refills and bread. About five minutes later she brought our refills and we asked about the bread. The server said it was on the way. We finished our meal. Still without bread. We were very upset and decided we would just take it to go. However, the server NEVERCAMEBACKTOTHETABLE!!! Instead, she sent a manager with our check. The manager brought our bread in a to go box. Just the two pieces. He didn’t seem very concerned with our issues, and rather than apologize, he blamed our problems on the new servers. We weren’t compensated for anything. Then, to top it off we waited ten minutes for someone to collect our checks. No one came! The server was completely ignoring our table and the manager had disappeared. We ended up having to walk up to random server at a computer and ask for help so we could just leave! Over all awful experience. We won’t be back.

My Dad loves this place… personally I hate it, but he was driving so… The food nor service is never up to par ever! There is a big hole in the ceiling near the bar, watch your step or you will trip over the water bucket. The service was horrible… Took the waitress atleast 15minutes to take our order. We asked for extra napkins, and after about 10minutes she finally remembered to bring us some. Suprisingly my meal was OK… I had the Thai Shrimp Salad, too much cabbage instead of lettuce in it, but otherwise it was tasty. It took about 20 – 25 min to get the meal. I suggest to never go when you’re hungry and to have patience when you go. They need some better management and training!

Wow! When my feet stuck to the floor the entire way to our table I should have know there was going to be a problem. The floor was nasty… I mean I’ve seen cleaner bathroom floors. The service left more to be desired. Ordered a draught bud and I watched it sit at the bar 10 minutes before I reminded my waitress she needed to bring it to me. Food was over priced and over cooked. Wife got steak & I got the $ 9 buffalo tenders that I guess are nuggets now. Ordered a 2nd beer. This one never got to me. From the outside looking in, it’s poor ownership /management. The entire staff looked to be clueless or just didn’t care. Poor customer service. Will not be returning. Even if they let me eat there free for a year.

No Fat Tire on the menu but they hang a neon sign for it over the bar area :( I got there a little early for lunch, around 11:15 am. Waited at the bar(the only customer at the bar) watching 5 different servers arranging silverware, napkins, salt & pepper shakers for about 10 minutes before I actually had to ask one of them«is anyone working the bar?» I finally got the bartender, placed a to go order and that went ok; and the food is pretty standard for Applebee’s…but the service… sheesh!
