So earlier today, I walked into the store… There’s a few female workers folding clothes near the front entrance, yet they did not greet me ATALL. They just looked at me as I walked in while continuing talking to each other. I go straight to the shoes and browse… All the while they’re still talking to each other not paying me any mind or asking if I need help. About 10 minutes or so go by and my other half and his friend walked into the store… soon as they walked in, all I heard was«hello» and I heard my bfs voice say«Hi» back to THEVERYSAMEFEMALEWORKERSTHATHADIGNOREDMEWHEN I WALKEDIN alone!!! One of them even went so far as to stop folding the clothes to be of QUICK service to my other half and his friend. I turned around to see her staring at them as they walked towards me. She didn’t know we were all together. so she turned away very quickly as soon as she realized that they were with me. My other half tried talking me into buying things for myself, but I told him«No. They have the same exact things here as they do on Maui. There’s nothing special about this location.» BUT — The difference from This location to Maui’s ZUMIEZ is that the service is SUPERBBBBBB!!! I would have gotten something from this store at this location, had they been friendly with me. ****A little advice to you girls: when a customer walks in the door, act professional and address them!!! You want to leave the customers with an AWESOME experience so they COMEBACK!!! Instead of trying to be cute to the MENONLY. Smh! With that being said… I can’t stress how IMPORTANT outstanding customer service is to me. Regardless of your product; good or bad, if you’re exceptionally friendly, believe that I will spend money and I’ll continue to come back with my generosity! Not to mention, I’d be a Loyal Customer!!! However, I will never come back to this location. Ever. Again.

I go to this store often to shop, there is a manager there(and I’m positive he’s the manager) younger slightly heavy dude always looks pissed whenever I see him. He has this look on his face of just straight frustration, as if he’s stuck like that for good. His attitude sucks he’s a horrible salesman and my five friends who were looking to spend money there all agree. This dude is rude af, my friend is looking at a product and he yanks it out of his hand to tell him«oh yup this is on sale too» look idk wtf this guy’s problem is but he needs to straighten up his act before someone straightens him out personally. No sales skills No customer service skills And no people skills Better off going to waikele, this dude should be fired. Real talk

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I walked in with my boyfriend and one of my girl friends and we were just looking around. My boyfriend then picked out some shoe laces to buy and we wanted to look around some more. But we noticed one of the employees following us around the store. She was watching our every move. As we went to buy the shoe laces she told our cashier something, and we know she thought we were stealing something. Just because were teenagers she thought we were going to steal from them. Never giving them any of my business again.

TIP for all young Zumiez sales associates: You know what your customers look like. Students who are young, fit, trendy, unemployed, and travel in packs. When someone who DOESN’T look like this walks into your store, they have something you want… MONEY. I am one of those people who would never wear or use anything from your store. If I walk in, I am looking for things to buy my children or as gifts. I WILLSPEND A LOTOFMONEY. All you need to do is say, «Hi, can I help you?» Hope you use this tip to improve service, make more sales, and improve Unilocal ratings.

Super friendly staff! The girl at the register made sure that all of my items qualified for their discounts they were having store wide! I didn’t realize one of my sweaters was buy 1, get 1FREE! I felt bad for making them wait but she insisted and helped me look through their mountain of shoes to find the right size for my boyfriend. I usually don’t like to be in a store for more than 30 min but I actually enjoyed myself here. The guy with the humongous gauges and tattoos was also really friendly! We chatted about each others tattoos while he was helping me find things throughout the store. Zumiez Pearl Ridge mo betta than Waikiki!

Clothing store with variety. The place looks busy when you walk in. Busy meaning… there is a lot of clothing to search through. They also have a lot of accessories so you can actually spend quite some time in there. I was in there on this one occasion trying to find a gift for someone. So here I was going through all the folded clothes, hung clothes, etc. Sometimes it’s hard to decide on a style or a size ESPECIALLY if it’s a gift! Anyways, a female worker came up to me which I thought was rude. Without a nice«HI» or whatever… the first thing she said was«you been walking around back and forth… what are you looking for?» ugh…really? my response: «is that how you talk to customers?» She didn’t say anything and walked away. I was so irritated I walked out of the store. Will i be back… obviously if I’m there was someone who want to go into the store… other than that… I won’t go. Totally rude.

This is one of the newest stores as Pearlridge Shopping Center downtown! Like the other location down in Waikiki they have very cool urban and street clothing apparel. I was pretty surprised at the amount of unique items in the store everything from designer t-shirts to fashionable caps and kicks. They also sell a ton of cool accessories to go along with your newly pimp’ed out gear. One time my friends and I just checked out the beanies and hats and tried them all. They also have shorts, pants, bags, etc. If you ask the staff in the front counter, they can validate your parking ticket if you parked in the structure which is cool. The prices are decent. They usually have sales on different items. This one looks way cleaner and organized than the Waikiki store. I guess it is obvious because they are still new so it is still so fresh and so clean. The store over here took over what used to be Pipe Dreams I believe which relocated over to Uptown Pearlridge.
