I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but this location DOES NOT HAVE ATTENTIVE EMPLOYEES, yet customer service is zero to none. I’ve visited this location 3x & I would have to say I was greeted my first time after I reached the middle of the store & caught the employee off guard.
2^nd time was disappointing 2 of the sales people were behind the cashwrap with their heads down & didn’t notice I was standing in front of them til a couple plus minutes later. Even when they looked up they didn’t even seem like they wanted to assist me. I was going to purchase the item, but decided to put it on hold to shop around since that turned me off to giving the store business. Then I ended up returning later, with the oh she’s back look on the sales persons faces to see that I actually came back to purchase the item I had placed on hold.
Lastly, my visit today was by far the worst of all. I was not greeted, I was not acknowledged while in the store, & I was in the store a good 15+ minutes looking at a few sections in the store. I wasn’t even thanked as I was leaving the store, I really wanted to like the store/​location.
I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN, Macy’s doesn’t have the selection that this store has, but as far as the surf brands available for your lil’ boys/​girls they carry majority. I will go to Macy’s at this mall to search for items this store carries for my almost 3yr old son & almost 2yr old daughter.

This is a clothing apparel and accessories store for boys and girls, toddlers, and newborns.
LOCATION: Located in Pearlridge Shopping Center, on the second floor of the Uptown side.
PRODUCTS/​PRICING: They have brand name skate and surf clothing and accessories. The prices are a little steep, but are comparable to other stores. You have to keep a close eye on the sales, because that’s when you’ll find the best deals. The sales are what I look for when visiting this store (as with any other store, but with this store especially because their regular prices are steep). I’ve bought my son several pieces of clothing for half price on more than one occasion. We absolutely love their large selection of brand name surf shorts for my son. He loves them, too. Spoiled child.
SERVICE: Normally there are two employees working at any given time, which is common for a place like this. They are always friendly and helpful.

These chain of stores are a necessity if you love surf brands and want them in mini versions for little babies. I’m a fan of the clothes and brands at this store and I dress my son in these adorable clothes.
Looking at the store, it’s pretty much exactly like a surf shop but for littler versions of us. That being said, the prices are almost the same. Just because they’re smaller clothes (and less fabric) doesn’t make the clothes much cheaper whatsoever.
Some brands they carry include Billabong and Quicksilver, including their own store brand, Up & Riding. Ultimately, the clothes in this store are more for parents (and extremely spoiled children) than anything.
