You would think when you buy a $ 1M+ house; you would think that when you walk into the escrow company with a check you would receive a bit of customer service and not feel like a beggar asking for alms. Not so much here.
I used this company based on a recommendation from my realtor. She was dead on for everything else, but what a disappointment working with them.
I, unfortunately, was too far along in the purchase to change escrow companies.
Don’t repeat my error. Find a company that treats you with respect, answers questions, provides information, and give you the confidence that going into the closing your financial transactions are correct.
They are a disappointing escrow company. I don’t know who is better in Kailua — however there had to be a better company out there. Find them.
You should not go into a house closing distrustful that the company holding your money is actually going to do the right thing. Buying a house in Hawaii should be a great experience!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this company for buying and selling my condo. Both times they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They get things done fast and answer all your questions. I would highly recommend this branch!
