I purchased a pair of shoes at the store; The two sales people present at the time seemed nice enough, but one of them did use profanity more than once while I was in the store. They stayed late while the store was closing to make sure I got the shoes I needed, which I appreciate! All of this would have racked them up a four star review, but I had to drop it to two stars when I discovered upon signing a receipt: THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. They will give you a store credit or exchange within 10 days, but they will never give you back your money when you have spent it there.
Worse still, this fact was not advertised until after the receipt had come out and the purchase was made. This is a dealbreaker for me; I’m sure my shoes will be great… but if there was a problem and I wanted my money back to shop elsewhere, I would not be able to get it. The customers should always come first– not greed!

If you are in pain due to plantar fasciitis or just need shoes for optimal arch support, head on down to UFS. We stopped by Step Ahead before coming to the Ultimate Foot Store at Pearlridge and were turned off by the lack of selection and generally ugly shoes and sandals. Why must one compromise form, function and comfort for style and fashion? Well, at UFS, my wife didn’t have to! Thanks to UFS, my wife had plenty of options for her sandals and house shoes… and Tasha went above and beyond by picking up my wife’s size from another location and kept my wife informed when they were available for pick up!
For the best selection and even better service, step on ahead to the Ultimate Foot Store… your feet will thank you for it!

Horrible customer service. I came into this store last month and there was no one else in their but the one sales associate. She just looked at me, then looked back at her phone without even so much as a greeting or smile. As I browsed around, I tried asking her for assistance, but she would feign ignorance and walk into the back as soon as I opened my mouth. Thank you, Megan, for that ‘quality’ service! I will definitely not be returning or spending my hard earn money towards a company that definitely doesn’t consider their patrons. This store needs to consider retraining their workers.

Walked in with a friend and received the BEST customer service! Rainbow and Ashley were VERY helpful and I was able to find a pair of sandals that suited my needs for going to the beach as well as casual wear. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store again!

After being in so much foot pain for quite sometime now this has been the ultimate best investment i’ve made!
From a pain level of 10 when I first wake up and take my first steps I woke up the next morning of a pain level of 3 – 4 from using the orthodics just a day. Also got the best customer service from Rainbow!

Just walked in here to inquire about everyday walking /​all black work shoes. The associate didn’t even listen to me after I asked about a pair of all black shoes I seen on the wall. She immediately cut me off and said «oh no there’s no work shoes here, we don’t offer steel toe or anything like that.» If people would just listen to my entire question instead of focusing on one word in the sentence they would have sold some shoes today.

I can’t say enough good things. I was helped by Rainbow who not only showed me the perfect orthotics (insoles), but also some wonderful Vionic slippahs. I should say that I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for months with no relief. My feet have hurt so much that I end the day close to or in tears and start it the same way. After wearing my orthotics to walk from one side of the mall to the other I could already tell the difference. And here I am at the end of the day still smiling. If you have foot pain, The Ultimate Foot Store is a must!!! They offer a military discount, but even without it, the way my feet feel is worth EVERY penny. Thank you for doing more for my feet than my podiatrist.

came to Pearlridge mall for some last minute Christmas shopping and stumbled across this little store located on the second floor, next to Ross. my soccer friends were pretty much the last ones on my Christmas list and I wanted to do a «mistleTOES» theme… i had already bought them nail polish and wanted to add something else to help with their feet since you know, we’re soccer players and we need to take care of our feet.
when i got into the store, i was greeted right away. there was only one worker at the time since it was close to closing time, but she was really helpful and multi-​tasked on assisting every single customer in the store. they have a variety of things for your arch and feet… shoes, slippers, arch supports, and orthotics. while i was lurking over the orthotics section, the lady was explaining to me how each product worked. and when i decided what brand i wanted, she also shared with me which of that product was most effective. i ended up buying all my friends the biofreeze spray ($ 18) and also one for myself lol. they had samples and i loved how the spray made my sprained ankle feel afterwards. it’s a bit pricey here, but i’ll probably be back maybe after the holidays to get myself something to help with my arch pains.

After dealing with arch pain I was walking around the mall Christmas shopping and came across this place. I tried some Aetrex slippers and couldn’t believe how nice they felt. If you have feet problems, the staff is very helpful and yes… I walked out with a beautiful (but expensive) pair of shoes.

When you have foot pain, you need relief ASAP! You don’t realize the effect it has on your entire body, especially your knees and back. Walked in and was greeted right away. The employee asked if I had any foot ailments… Oh YES! They took the time to explain the important of arch support, without it we are «pounding pavement, with no support to that muscle» I never thought of it that way.
They had a vast selection of orthotics that do NOT look like orthothic, huge plus. Cute sandals all WITH arch support! It is a bit pricey but you can’t put a price tag on health. Helpful staff, extremely friendly, willingness to help and offer a free foot scan and so much to choose from. They weren’t pushy and actually offer a really good exchange policy. I am not exchanging my orthoheels, my feet is in love and my arch pain and back pain are gone!

Great selection of orthotics and slippers. One male employee was helping a family while the female employee was just cruising. There were more customers beside us but nobody got helped… I was going to give this store a try and ready to buy a pair but I guess I’m just going back to Step Ahead.
