Ok, so when an item rings up for $ 5.00…just as it says on the racking it is pulled from, how can they say, «oh these aren’t $ 5.00, and a just the piece UP to $ 8.00?! Well, that’s exactly what this location did. When asked about it, she said oh our system is messed up. News Flash, in the customer service industry, you honor the price on the sign and as it rings up. I will never give them my business again.
To make it worse, this was a purchase for my elderly mother in law. I am appalled.
I think I will send this to the BBB complaints.

It’s a small store with A LOT of items. It’s even sometimes a maze to get out. I try to look for a area where nobody is in. Because the other day a claire’s worker dressed up as snow white almost ran into me! And didnt even say anything, like I wasnt there! Wow. her makeup must of blinded her to only look at the items.

I’ve got two daughters and three younger sisters so it seems I’ve been a customer of Claires all my life. LOL They have great selections of earrings, jewelry, accessories, specialty accesories for proms, halloween, etc. and my favorite is the Christmas holiday goodies. Every year my girls get new jingle bell earrings and light up necklaces.
Always friendly employees are quick to offer a little shopping basket. Never fails I can’t leave the store empty handed.

Sometimes I can’t believe I still shop here… but seriously you can come away with some cute (and cheap!) finds – everything a girl is looking for! haha
While in my teeny-​bopper days I loved the massive collection of cheap jewelry (these days the selection seems overwhelming and a lot of it is too flashy for me) I find myself more in love with the nail polishes and make-​up products (KATY PERRY LASHES – YES)!!
Staff has always been friendly but it seemed like there were too many workers there at one time… and that store is already cramped and tiny! You can always walk away with some sort of deal though, usually bogo 50% and I used to love the 10 items for $ 5…not sure if that still happens. I did find what I was looking for though – bun helpers (for the hair, not the rump) and because it was bogo, I ended up with two… and some KP lashes haha.
So…basically come here if you’re looking for «trendy» items or novelty things like bun helpers or the latest boy band merch… I even saw some 50 Shades of Grey stuff, not sure if that’s appropriate for the teeny-​boppers haha. Oh, also a great place to come if you are looking to get your ears pierced!

By far, this store has the most friendliest staff. I was looking for a tutu and matching colorful socks to purchase for my next run event but they really didn’t have any displayed.
But if you’re looking for simple and/​or gaudy jewelry that won’t break your wallet, then this is the perfect place to find everything from earrings to bracelets to rings to hair accessories. You will not be disappointed!
I just wished they had more colorful «clothing» items on stock.

I love going to Claire’s they always have what I’m looking for. I was able to find an ankle bracelet with hearts and I love it my favorite time to shop is after the holidays for all the goodies i can use for the next season.
