Be aware about this center. If you park there and go elsewhere you WILL get slapped with a «citation» by Diamond Parking and a $ 40 fine! After 15 days the fine increases to $ 70! Can you say extortion?! Even if you patronize one of the shops there, then leave to go to one of the nearby shops or restaurants across the street, they will cite you. There are two people camped out in front of the old Pricebusters space whose only job is to police the parking lot. They sit there and watch people park and walk away, yet they do NOT even have the courtesy of warning them that the lot is only for businesses in that center. Upon further checking, I have found that the money from the fine goes DIRECTLYTODIAMONDPARKING and possibly a small percentage to the center itself!!! This is a private lot, yet they feel that they can issue citations and fine unsuspecting patrons who will think that they have to pay! They have no connection with the City and County of Honolulu. The signs posted warn of being towed. No mention of any fines being issued. I understand if parking was at a premium, but there are lots of available stalls now that Pricebusters is gone. You have been warned.

Five stars. A most excellent strip mall in the heart of Aiea town. It has a variety of ethnic restaurants, Mexican, Asian, and also a dessert place that rocks! There’s a barber shop, florists, dry cleaning, insurance agents, and more! Roy Sakuma Ukulele Studios occupies the second floor, as well as other types of businesses. There used to be a Price Busters, but unfortunately they closed down. The parking is spacious, but gets cramped about 11:30am on Saturdays, so come early on those days. There’s also a variety of restaurants across the street, but try not to park here to go there or vice versa. Parking is enforced here and there, so it’s your risk to chance it. All in all, Aiea Commercial is quite an excellent shopping complex, right here in the heart of Aiea. Highly recommend!
