Long Beach, CA
Grew up going to the Golden Skillet and this is one of the few left. Fried chicken is their specialty and it’s still extra crispy and delicious. Lots of great sides… collard greens were the best. Also they have fresh homemade desserts like sweet potato pie and strawberry shortcake.
