Sam’s Tobacco Store

After reading recent reviews, I was very impressed about this shop. I went in there and paid top dollar for an ecig with ejuice. The ejuice I purchased contained no nicotine. But, in fact, after using it and realizing something was wrong, I quickly noticed it contained nicotine. I even went to another local shop to see what they said and they completely agreed. Also, the coil was broken on the ecig. I had used it once! I clearly got ripped off and I am very disappointed. Thanks for overcharging me for a misidentified and broken product.

This place sucks major ass hole. The guys in there tell you that it’s the best deal around when it’s not. I bought coils for a aspire natilus which were completely FAKE. DO NOT BUY VAPE SUPPLIES FROM THIS STORE. Good flavors though…

this place is under new management. so not sure if they other reviews were for the old management. i went in and was expecting to buy a small glass piece for $ 10 – 15. i walked out with a really nice glass piece for $ 12– and it was almost triple the size i was expecting. the older guy was extremely nice– and compared to several other smoke shops i ve purchased from this one by far has the cheapest pieces. the quality is really thick too. i would def. refer anyone to this place– since the prices were surprisingly really reasonable.

I wish I had done a little more research before I bought from here. I was overcharged about $ 50 for a Vision Spinner. Yes, I am ashamed to admit that I paid $ 70 for a Vision Spinner (the FIRST model, not even the new model 2). That wasn’t even including the price for the cartomizer, which was an additional $ 20.

I was excited to start vaping and I bought from the first person I went to, which was Sam. I was naïve and trusted that he wouldn’t rip me off. He’s pretty loud and a bit pushy but overall he was nice and I thought he was just trying to be helpful.
He gave me a Vision Spinner in a Vision Spinner 2 box. When I got back to work I started looking around online and only then when I saw pictures of the Vision Spinner 2 did I realize that I hadn’t paid for the new model, I had paid for the old model, and was WAY overcharged.
I went back after work and he immediately recognized me and knew exactly why I was there. He claimed that he realized he had given me the wrong box after I left. (This was without me informing him why I had come back) He said he had given the Spinner 2 to another customer and the boxes has just gotten switched.
I then told him that I was disappointed that I had paid so much money and not gotten the new model. He conveniently said that he was currently out of the Vision 2 Spinners, but if he would have had one he would have gladly traded me, «No Problem!». He then went on to tell me about how the price was more than what I had found on the internet because he had to pay shipping, rent for his store, etc. I don’t mind taking care of my local businesses but I feel like a 250% price markup is just a bit much.
I asked him if he would take my # and call me to trade for the new model once he got more inventory. He PROMISED that he would call me and I could trade for the new model once he got some more.
That was 2 weeks ago.
If he had called me back to trade he could have earned back my business even though $ 70 is still too much to pay even for the Vision Spinner 2. I’ll take my part of the blame. I would have gone back for flavors, parts, etc. but as it is I will never go back. I have already found another shop in T. O that is much cleaner, nicer employees that aren’t pushy, and has much better prices.
Sam, if you read this, you have my number and I’m still waiting for my trade. I’ll also be happy with a refund, but we both know that’s not gonna happen.

I bought a gift for a smoking friend here. I like the people who work here. When I went in I was greeted by a group of puppies.

This store is terrible. If you don’t know what you’re doing they will sell you a fake product for twice the price of the real one. They pressure you into buying something and I’ve walked in there and see kids I know (all under 18) buying from this store. They need to be shut down. As soon as you walk in you get a gross smell of weed and cigarettes. Unless you want to get ripped off and yelled at, don’t go here.

I love this store I don’t come as often bacause the old owner I’ve heard sold this shop at least I’m his best costumer and everything is a new restart when the owner leaves I still love this shop and I should come more often if I can :)

DO NOT BUY ECIG OR ELIQUID PRODUCTS FROM THIS FRAUD! Walked in on him sampling nicotine with a kid who was definitely underage. Sold me a knockoff starter kit advertised as a joye brand ego t. Was rushed into buying liquid he said was FDA approved but upon opening the packaging said not approved. DOES NOT REFUND OR REPLACE regardless of him buddying you into coming back for any problems. Don’t know how this place is still open. Buyer beware!

Sam rocks! He is crazy! This may not look like much be he has the goods and is willing to make a deal no matter what you need. Be careful because this dude can talk.
